Contacting the hospital regarding a referral has been very frustrating. It’s very hard to get through to speak to the right person. get transferred all over the place and no one returns my calls
Having to drive to Frimley Park Hospital which can be very difficult also parking difficult and expensive
It would be nice to be able to pay online and then only have to pick up the medication instead of waiting in line to pay
