No TVs, e-waste, small appliances. No mattresses or throw pillows. No refrigerators or A/C units. No construction, demolition debris: No particle board, stained or paint-ed lumber, rocks, dirt, concrete.
No plastic lawn furniture. No large wood items. No luggage without wheels.
Acceptable ItemsAll items must be in good or “gently used” condition
– they will benefit local charities
Art & craft materials: calendars, canvas paintings, pictures, art books, sculptures, frames, posters, blank paper, knitting and crocheting supplies
Audio and video items including CDs, jewel cases, DVDs, audio and video tapes, records and record players
Baby high chairs (all types), playpens, strollers
Blankets
Backpacks in good condition
Books (all kinds), magazines, paper goods
Camping equipment (tents, lanterns, tarps, etc.), fishing equipment (rods, reels, lures, hooks, weights, etc.), BBQs
Clocks, watches: the older the better (broken OK)
Clothing and costumes (please bag separately), vintage accessories
Duffel bags, small
Furniture, 4 feet long or shorter: chairs, coffee tables, end tables, lamps.
Garden items: flower pots in good condition (ceramic, terra cotta only; no broken or chipped pots), planter boxes, watering cans, statuary and wrought iron furniture; lawn mowers
Household items: ceramic, metal and glass kitchenware, vases and knick-knacks, utensils, placemats, tablecloths, cutting boards (nothing plastic)
Ladders (metal only)
Leather and scrap leather
Medical equipment in good condition (canes, wheelchairs, walkers, hand rails)
Pet supplies & food: canned/dried food for cats, dogs, puppies, kitten and puppy replacement powder, toys (stuffed or hard and washable), small blankets, towls, twin sheets, pillow cases, shampoo, brushes, combs
Sewing machines and supplies
Small rugs.
Shoes (paired only), purses and belts.
Sports equipment (shoes, gloves, bats, shin guards, helmets, etc.) and exercise machines
Textiles, bed spreads, blankets, comforters, fabrics, sheets, sleeping bags, towels, decorations, notions, vintage items, unique handcrafted items.

Discard up to two cubic yards (fourteen 32-gallon bags) of extra trash and items too large for garbage carts.
