COMMUNITY WORSHIP CIRCLE GUIDELINES

In order to start a Community Worship Circle the following criteria must be met:

Application for sponsorship has been submitted to S.G.M.I.

Leadership Circle consisting of: Circle Leader, Circle Secretary, Circle Treasure in place

S.G.M.I. Business Manual has been read by all leadership and Agreements are signed

C.W.C. Kits will be distributed to Communities who have applied to begin a C.W.C.

Recognitions will be acknowledged and presented at the Annual S.G.M.I. Conference

C.W.C. will raise money through tithes, offerings, donations and fund raising events

All other monies C.W.C. receives or raises will be used to develop the group, community and

expenses for meetings and conferences

All C.W.C.s will adhere to the Vision, Mission and Values of S.G.M.I.

All C.W.C. are independently run, however there are formalities and formats similar to all C.W.C.meetings:

Bible based worship

Respect and cleanliness in the place of gatherings

All persons in attendance have an opportunity to share

Confidentiality will be respected when requested

Refreshments served at the end of the evening

Circle Leader monthly meetings to be held, using proper meeting format

Community Worship Circle Kits will include ~ (adjustments may be made according to needs):

Bible

Business Package = Invoice Book, Receipt book, Ledger book, binders

Business Manual = Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Responsibilities, Agreement Forms

Advertising Package = Poster, S.G.M.I. Pamphlets and Business Cards

Totes for Circle Leader and Management Circle supplies and bookwork

COMMUNITY WORSHIP CIRCLE FINANCIALS

INCOME

Community Worship Circle income will consist of :

Donations, tithes and offerings

Fundraiser events

EXPENSES

All monies raised by Community Worship Circle(s) will be utilized for:

Community Worship Circle overhead and operation costs

Sponsorship of a new Community Worship Circle

Circle Leader Quarterly Executive Meetings

Annual Gospel Music and Worship Conference

10% (ten percent) tithing to be deposited to Saint Germaine Music Inc. account in support of

S.G.M.I. Ministry. This money will be used to assist with the costs of business operations,

travel, and recordings for S.G.M.I.
