Instant messenger allows you to send and receive messages and files over an encrypted communications channel
Allows Monique to remotely access your computer for troubleshooting purposes

Navigation
There are three separate navigation section in Comodo Unite
The File Menu bar provides access to all areas of the interface
The information panel displays the details on the currently signed-in user
NavigationThe 'Contacts’ tabs lets you add, monitor and manage your contacts.
They also enable you to start a chat, application sharing or desktop sharing sessions etc. with your contacts
The 'Networks' tab displays the network structure and contacts
Contacts of the Networks tab are added automatically, once you have joined a network or create a new network.

Right-click on the contact in the Contacts/Network's list and select Desktop Sharing
A notification will be set to Monique to accept
While she is troubleshooting your PC, don’t touch the mouse

Initiate a conversation with the contact by selecting the 'Remote' button at the top of the conversation dialog.

Navigate to Contacts > Add a New Contact
The 'Add a new contact' dialog will appear
Add New Contact
Account section - Displays all accounts as a drop-down
Contact’s ID – Enter the Comodo Unite user name of the new contact to be added
Add New Contact
Group ID – Select the group in which the new contact is to be placed
Request Information – Enter the message requesting to join as your contact
Add New Contact
On clicking 'Add', the new contact request will sent to the contact
Once the contact approves the request, the new contact will be added to your contact list
