Where space is at a premium, our compact A4 black and white multi-functionals, the Aficio™SP 5200S,

SP5210SF and SP5210SR are ideal. They deliver 4-in-1 printing, copying, scanning and faxing to meet all

VERSATILE AND FLEXIBLE

The standard model offers a single tray with 550-sheet capacity which is great for either a desktop or a

small office environment. Larger workgroups can extend the MFPs with three further paper trays to a

maximum 2300-sheet capacity for different paper types. The SP 5210SF has a built-in fax as standard.

Whilst the SP 5210SR includes an inner finisher that can staple for superb professional results while

saving on space.

BOOST YOUR PRODUCTIVITY

Time is money, and our devices waste neither. With a 7.5 second first print speed, you have a copy in

less than 10 seconds. With print speeds of 45/50 ppm, you can step up your workflow significantly. They

also intuitively detect paper size, handle a wide range of paper weights from 52 – 220g/m², colour

scanning and consistently deliver superb quality reproduction. Whilst Full @Remote helps boost

efficiency by providing real-time remote support for performance monitoring and diagnosis management.

MAXIMISE YOUR WORKSPACE AND MINIMISE THE EFFORT

Space-efficient, our compact A-4 MFPs don’t intrude on valuable workspace in the office. Set-up and

operation are simple and straightforward. It also gives you a large dimension touch panel with a tilting

function that can be adjusted for ease of use by any operator.

SPEND TIME WORKING, NOT WAITING YOUR TURN

You can access the copying, scanning or faxing functions whenever you need them, whether or not other

jobs are being printed. Stacks of loose paper documents can be scanned straight to your desktop or a

folder. You’ll also have no problem faxing from your PC and organising, editing and sending files with

the onboard scanning tools. While a standard USB print connection saves valuable time and enhances

productivity.

KEEP CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS CONFIDENTIAL

You have the choice of a full suite of security tools to keep your data safe. For example, hard copies

won’t print until a PIN is entered and you can restrict the use of the multifunctional devices to approved

groups or individuals. Plus watermarks can be embedded in the media to prevent unauthorised copying.

In addition to these standard features, our optional ID card and one-swipe Card Authentication package

will also safeguard your confidential data.

CONTROL COSTS AND SAVE MORE

Our range is designed to minimise TCO with many money-saving features to reduce unnecessary paper

consumption. Two-sided duplex printing, for example, is automatic and cuts down on paper use and

costs. Print volumes can also be controlled to prevent unauthorised use or over-use to save on costs.
