HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

Asia Pacific Form and Structure Inc. was established in August 13, 2010 as a corporation

whose main purpose is to aggressively promote sustainable building by supplying

environmentally friendly architectural and building products to the Philippine market. Asia Pacific

Form and Structure Inc, or ASPACFORM initiated its Philippine entry as the exclusive building

material solution provider and installer of renowned brand such as DEKO Architectural

Products, Xcellform Translucent Materials. Xcell Light Art, Xcellform Stretch Membrane,

Xcell Bond, and Serge Ferrari Composite Membranes. The company was able to

immediately capture major commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND ASPAC FORM

GIGI ANNE M. LAPIRA, Managing Director – Currently the Managing Director of Asia Pacific

Form and Structure Inc, she is responsible for its overall operations and general business

initiatives. Backed with a solid experience in to management and sales and marketing, she

competently leads the company’s business in strengthening the products market entry towards

the local market. Ms. Lapira has more than 15 years of experience in the Philippine construction

industry with more than half of this period devoted to top management responsibilities. She is

the former President of Hunter Douglas Philippines, the world leader in architectural building

products and window fashions whose global manufacturing headquarters is based in

Netherlands and United States. She is also the former Vice President for Sales and Marketing

of Rapid forming Corporation, a leading structural steel fabricator. She was also the National

Project Sales Manager of James Hardie Philippines. She also handled various key position in

Puyat Steel Corporation, a leading galvanizing and color coating steel company such as

Corporate Planning Officer, Marketing Manager and Industrial Division Manager. She graduated

from the University of the Philippines, Diliman Quezon City with a degree in Business

Administration. She got her Master’s in Business Administration degree at the Ateneo De Manila

Graduate School of Business. Currently, she is also the Chief Executive Officer of Asiana

Global Properties Inc, a property developer and brokerage company and Executive Vice

President of Botanica Health and Wellness Marketing Inc, supplier and distributor of organic

health drinks to the Philippine market.

DR.GENESIS P. LAPIRA, Corporate Treasurer – Currently the Corporate Treasurer, he is in

charge of responsible for the timely availability of funds when needed for the support of the

business. A doctor of education management, Dr. Lapira has spent more than 20 years as an

academe and school administrator. He doubles up in organizational management and

administration. He is also the current President of Botanica Health and Wellness Inc and a part

owner of Kotse Network Car Dealership consortium. He graduated from New Era University with

a degree in Bachelor of Science in Education, Masteral degree and Doctoral degree in

Education Management.

ANNA DOMINIQUE M. LAPIRA , Corporate Secretary – Currently the Corporate Secretary of

the company, her key responsibility is to ensure that Board members have the proper advice

and resources for discharging their fiduciary duties to shareholders under state law. She is

likewise responsible for ensuring that the records of the Board’s actions reflect the proper

exercise of those fiduciary duties. Ms. Nikki graduated from University of the Philippines Diliman

with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Cum Laude. She is also a licensed Master

Plumber, currently Management Trainee at DMCI homes, also the Corporate Secretary of

flexible composite materials with outstanding characteristics far beyond the standards of

our industry.

Patented worldwide, Serge Ferrari’s Precontraint technology starts with a high-tenacity

polyester abse cloth that is kept under tension in both warp and weft throughout the

entire manufacturing cycle.

Coating applied to the tensioned base cloth delivers a high-performance polymer surface

layer that is thicker than the yarn peak height, followed by a dirty resistant surface

treatment.

2. SMART YARN TECHNOLOGY – allows us to produce composite yarn with greater flexibility

in development, providing a unique advantage when the product is used for certain dynamic

markets such as furniture.

This technology allows the combination of a central core, providing the desired mechanical

properties, and a sheath, providing the desired appearance, finish, toughness and

resistance properties.

DEKO GLOBAL IN THE PHILIPPINES

DEKO Global Architectural Products Co. is operated by Oteful Building Materials Ltd. Also

known as DEKO Building Materials Ltd. Which are the members of DEKO Holdings Ltd. Hong

Kong. DEKO group is a ceiling, wall cladding specialist and manufacturer in Hong Kong

established since 1994.

The company DEKO Global signed a partnership agreement with ASIA PACIFIC FORM AND

STRUCTURE INC. to become the exclusive distributor of DEKO products in the Philippines.

ASPAC also provides outsourced technical support for DEKO’s global projects. The partnership

intends to set up a fabrication facility here in the Philippines to ensure on time and accurate

Xcellform Stretch Membrane Ceiling is a ceiling system consisting of two basic

components – a perimeter track and lightweight fabric membrane which stretches and

clips into the track. In addition to ceilings, the system can be used for wall coverings.

Stretch Ceilings allow the incorporation of all types of light fixtures, grilles and fixing

points by the use of a proprientary background support.

Our fabric material is a 0.18 thick aluminium

Fully recyclable Stretch Membrane

The material comes in a vast array of colors

Finishes including Matt, Satin, Lacquer, (mirror like), and Translucent for

lightning diffusers, backlighting and projection.

The material can be printed or painted for additional effects, is entirely waterproof,

washable and impermeable to vapour.

The lightweight sheets are purpose made from roll material to form any shape and size

typically up to 40 square meters in one piece. Each panel incorporates an ultrasonically

welded ‘Harpoon Edge’ which clips into the tracks. Typically the Aluminum Semi-

Concealed track is the preferred choice for most architects and designers, enabling

curves, domes, vaults, and many other shapes to be formed with ease.
