We also provide Health and Safety Consulting by developing Safety Files for clients.
We provide Payroll Administration
We also generate Pay slips for client.
Xulu-Makhathini also gives services and consulting work on Employment Equity.
We also give advice and consulting work to Corporations irrespective of size.
We represent, and are accredited Organisers for a National Employer’s Organisation called
South African United & Allied Employer’s Organisation. This Organisation defends and
represents all member employers at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils as well as at the Labour
Court, via the services of Xulu-Makhathini Consultants.
Xulu-Makhathini Consultants is also an accredited member and Organiser for an Organisation

Khuzwayo Xulu
Position: CEO
Is a Law Graduate from the University of Zululand.
Has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria.
Worked as Human Resources and an Industrial Relations Practitioner for Columbus Stainless
for a period of 12 yrs and gained a lot of experience.
He later worked as an Executive Member and Legal Advisor for MDTA.
He then joined the NPA and worked as a Public Prosecutor for a period of 6 years.
He was later promoted and worked as a Control Public Prosecutor.
He thereafter started his own current Consulting Business called Xulu-Makhathini Consultants.
He is also currently working as an Organizer for an Employers Organisation called SOUTH
AFRICAN UNITED AND ALLIED EMPLOYERS ORGANISATION, in the Mpumalanga
Province. He is a qualified Assessor and Moderator registered with SASSETA AND ETDP
SETA.
Dr Mathunyane
Position: Managing Director
Dr. Lenkwane Henry Mathunyane is an educationist and holds a B.Ed degree specializing in
Administration and Management.
He also holds a D.Ed. Degree in Psychology of Education from the University of South Africa.
He excels in life-orientation and socio- educational development.
He is also a registered Assessor and Moderator recognized by ETDP-Seta.
Dr. Mathunyane held various positions in the Education department and served as Guidance
educator, Head of Department EAS (Educational Auxiliary/Psychological Services), Chief
Education Specialist CES (educational auxiliary/ guidance and psychological services), Circuit
Inspector and Regional Director. He served as a Municipal Manager of Govan Mbeki
Municipality for a period of five years (2006 to 2011).
