in May, 2010;- to evaluate the 2nd Asian and Pacific Decade of Persons

with Disabilities from the disabled persons' perspective - to prepare the 3rd Decade reflecting demand and

position of persons with disabilities.

having revised the action plan through seven planning

committee meetings and one workshop since March,

2011 adding education, accessibility, employment and rescue

measure in disaster to a 'targets and action plan'
