Disrupting iGaming Through DecentralizationNative Gaming’s proprietary multi-currency bankroll system utilizes blockchain technology to allow investors to stake in the bankroll with assurance that their funds are safely and transparently stored on-chain while also facilitating the autonomous distribution of casino profits/losses.

The intuitive smart-contract governed bankroll provides a dynamic price offering by scaling token price for every bankroll token bought and sold. Tokens are minted and burned at time of purchase or sale directly from the smart contract with an immutable predetermined price scaling so liquidity and trade volume will never be an issue, no matter how many bankroll tokens an investor holds.

The bankroll will consist of multiple smart contracts, one for each currency, (USD, ETH, BTC, TRX) that act as “gatekeeper” into the off-chain wagering system. Bankroll token holders will be able to switch between the different currencies’ bankroll tokens allowing casino investors to tether or day trade BTC/USD/ETH/TRX pairs without losing their position in the casino bankroll. For instance, if an investor was holding ETH bankroll tokens and ETH rallied back to $1,000 then they could convert their ETH tokens to USD tokens if they felt a correction was coming.

Blockchain Powered Bank & Lending SystemOne of the biggest barriers to entry into the crypto space is how difficult and confusing it can be to exchange fiat currencies to crypto currencies and vice versa. Our banking system eliminates this major pain point by leveraging the instant liquidity of a smart-contract mint/burn token model. This provides Natives with a seamless exchange between their bankroll tokens and the fiat currency of their choice, which is immediately available to spend via the Native Gaming Bank Card.

Native Gaming’s Casino Credit Line (CCL) is fully automated by our proprietary smart-contracts to provide a transparent, on-chain, lending system for bankroll stakeholders. The CCL allows token holders to collateralize their bankroll tokens and borrow against the total value interest free. While a CCL is open, all dividends generated by those collateralized bankroll tokens from casino revenue will be redistributed as revenue to non-collateralized stakeholders. To prevent over leveraging the bankroll, every CCL will have a dynamic liquidation price based on credit utilization and token price. If token price drops below liquidation price, the tokens will be sold and CCL will be closed with the difference between the borrowed amount and the liquidation price distributed to stakeholders.

Exclusive Bank Card TiersOur NG Bank Card system will offer a free plastic NG Bank Card to anyone who creates a profile. There will also be two series of exclusive metal cards available to Natives as a reward for their investment of time or money into the platform. Both series will have 4 tiers and will offer the same tier perks whether someone chooses the time or monetary path.

The first series of metal cards rewards stakeholders for holding bankroll tokens. For instance: Tier 1 = $1k worth of BR tokens, Tier 2 = $10k, Tier 3 = $100k, Tier 4 = $1M

The second series of metal cards is unlocked via player profile level and rewards Natives for the time they have invested in the platform to level up their profile by participating in the casino, idle games, esports, social sweepstakes, and interacting with the community. For instance: Tier 1 = Player Profile Level 5, Tier 2 = Lvl 10, Tier 3 = Lvl 20, Tier 4 = Lvl 30

A New Breed of Mobile Idle GamesThe mobile idle game market is a multi-billion dollar industry capitalizing on people’s willingness to purchase fake coins in games designed to do little more than kill time and there are many players, especially gamblers, who have a hard time spending real money on fake coins in those games. We believe there is a market for a new breed of idle game in which players can pay an entry fee of their choosing and compete in the same popular games they are already playing except now they are playing for money. Native Gaming's Idle Game platform provides quantifiable odds of winning up to 10x on their money and even if they are only playing with a few cents the underlying principle is fundamentally different when it's a wager instead of just buying fake coins in a game designed to waste time.

Whether a player just has a few minutes to spare and wants to play a quick round of Crowd City or has hours to kill playing a game like Monopoly they simply pay the tournament entry fee and begin. Just like the slot machines in brick and mortar casinos have penny, nickel, dollar slots, etc the idle games will have different tiers of entry fees for players as well starting at a few pennies, all the way up to those wagering thousands of dollars on a round of Battleship.

Our Idle Game platform also allows us to capture market share and provide a wagering solution in regions that prohibit online gambling.

The Uber of EsportsNative Gaming’s esports tournament hosting platform aims to capitalize on a huge disconnect in one of today's fastest growing industries. Last year’s esports world championship had more viewers than the NBA Finals and the World Series combined but in 2018 the average professional esports player only made between ~$5,000 per month. In comparison, the average MLB player salary is currently at $4.1M and NBA at $6.2M. By creating a decentralized third-party esports tournament hosting system, thousands of independent paid esports tournaments can be added on a daily basis. A single 100 team tournament could have $10k+ in prize money, doubling or tripling the average pro salary in a weekend and adding depth to the pro esports compensation model.

Bankroll token holders will receive a fixed 1% of all entry fees but the tournament host dictates what percent of entry fees goes to themselves. This caters directly to the top influencers in the industry as more influence will directly translate into more participants in a tournament and even the ability to host tournaments more frequently. For instance, if a big Twitch streamer with 200k followers announced a weekly CSGO tournament and dictated that he would receive 20% of all entry fees for hosting; the tournament would be created in the Native Gaming app where entry fees would be accepted and then 1% would go to Native Gaming, 20% would go to tournament host, and 79% would would be held as the tournament prize for the winner.

Tournament hosts will be required to live stream the match and players will receive bonus rewards for streaming as well. Matches will then be streamed live on the Native Gaming site and peer-to-peer betting will be available for all matches. While Native Gaming won't provide bankroll backed betting lines for amateur matches, bankroll token holders will receive 1% of all P2P esports bets. 10

Native Gaming Resort & CasinoWe are looking at several properties in the Caribbean for our Native Gaming Resort & Casino global headquarters. We will decentralize the purchase of the land based resort with a Security Token Offering for resort ownership. The casino will use NG Bank Cards as player cards allowing the land based casino to integrate with the NTV Bankroll. The STO will have a soft cap of 30-40% of the purchase price and the hard cap will be the complete purchase price. If the soft cap is met, we will proceed to use the soft cap as down payment to procure bank financing on the remaining balance.

The NG Resort will be the embodiment of the “Native” lifestyle and as such rooms will be heavily discounted for Natives with the higher tiers essentially just covering their all-inclusive fee for their food and drinks. One of the main NG Bank card perks will be a timeshare at the NG Resort associated with each metal card tier. There will also be some major benefits from a marketing standpoint. We will have a venue for hosting large poker and esports tournaments as well as having a place to invite prospective influencers to. 11

Weaponizing a Generation of InfluencersThe Social Sweepstakes has been designed to run indefinitely and is custom tailored to empower and incentivise Natives. It takes around 0.5% of ALL casino wagers and gives it away in a Daily/Weekly/Monthly sweepstakes. For example, if the Social Sweepstakes generated $90,000 then $30k would be sent to each of the 3 lotteries. Entries are gained through liking/sharing/upvoting/retweeting/etc Native Gaming’s daily social media posts. Each entry generates 3 tokens; 1st expires in 24 hours, 2nd in 7 days, and 3rd in 30 days. Every day a single 24 hour token is drawn and the winner gets that days accrued dividends. Every week a single 7 day token is drawn and every month a 30 day token is drawn, so even if you don’t hit a daily drawing, you are still increasing your chances at the weekly/monthly drawings by accumulating weekly and monthly tokens.

This model scales with the platform and pays 24/7/365 as it’s tied to the wagering volume instead of profit. If we ever achieve our goal of capturing 1% of the online wagering volume the Social Sweepstakes would be paying out over $27,500/day in the Daily, $200,000/week in the Weekly, and almost $800,000 every month in the Monthly drawing.

The Twitching Native Daily Poker TournamentWe wanted to develop a daily poker tournament that incentivised both streamers as well as viewers. We have created “The Twitching Native” daily poker tournament in which we have a commentator to host and add a fixed amount per viewer to the tournament pot live with rolling ticker to make it an event to see how big the pot can grow. The money added by NG will be split with 50% going toward the ongoing tournament and 50% carrying to the next tournament, helping subsequent tournaments to grow from carryover as well as the buzz being generated.

Viewers are incentivised via a virtual 11 space jackpot wheel with values ranging from 0%-10% which spins for every 1,000 viewers. All viewers win between 0% and 10% of the pot, depending on where it lands. Even though the amount they win may not be very much they still have to create a Native Gaming account if they want to collect their free money. Even if they feel it’s not worth it and just forget about it, the next time they hear about NG it will have a much bigger impact from a marketing standpoint because they’ll remember they still have money sitting there, waiting to be collected.

Gamified Profile Leveling SystemTraditional player profile systems are broken up into tiers based off wagering volume but offer very few benefits for players. Creating your NG profile starts with the creation of an avatar. Avatars will be incorporated into our leaderboards, idle games, esports spectating, VR sports bar, and much more. After registering and creating an avatar, new players can begin gaining experience (EXP) through wagering in the Casino, staking in the Bankroll, interacting with the Community, participating in the Social Sweepstakes, playing Idle Games, and competing in tournaments on our Esports Platform. Amongst other things, the most tangible benefit of profile levels is an increase in rakeback; starting at level 5 players will receive a % of the house commission as rakeback on their wagers up to a maximum of 25%.

Keeping in line with the Gamified profile theme, we are going to be running a daily/weekly/monthly lottery available to all Natives for profile “stim packs” that increase player level by 1 level for Daily lottery, 5 levels for Weekly, and 10 levels for Monthly. Stim Pack effect lasts until the next drawing.

World’s First MMO Casino

Imagine a complete virtual replica of the physical island resort where players can "walk" around the Casino and interact with other Natives on the island. Instead of the standard integrated chat system our community will sign on and actually interact with other natives, moving around the casino from their phone or PC like a video game. The casino mmo is not required to gamble and you can also skip the time of running around by clicking directly on the different attractions on the mini map (Bank, Slots, Skill Games, Sports Bar, Esports Stadium, Idle Games, Apparel Shop). Players can also see high-rollers in the virtual casino and go watch them make big bets, or play slots side-by-side with other natives like a real casino.

As a virtual replica of the actual casino resort natives have the opportunity to physically visit the the casino they’ve been playing at online. By segregating the games from over a dozen different vendors into separate “rooms” we can allow gamblers to change vendors by moving to another room and gambling on a new vendors games.

Native Ranking HierarchyNative Gaming has taken the Gamified Leveling system a step further to incorporate a militaristic style hierarchy Ranking System. New players starting at level 0 have a rank of Greenhorn with no stars. As they increase their player level they will gain one star per level until they hit a 4 star rank at which point the next level promotes them to a new rank with no stars.

Native Tomahawk ShowdownWe have replaced the boring hash-based jackpot system used by the majority of online casinos with our unique Native Tomahawk Throwdown where players compete against each other in a head-to-head shootout style standoff. Motif Style Sports Betting TribesWe aim to engage the community and increase the social aspects of online sports betting by allowing successful sports bettors to create their own motif style betting Tribes. Natives can then choose to join a Tribe in order to see and even mirror the Tribal leader’s bets.

Tribe leaders earn affiliate commission on new Tribe members who are unaffiliated as well as a substantial amount of EXP for every Native that joins their Tribe. There will be four seasonal competitive ladders where Tribes battle for the top prize. Betting Tribes will also make the VR Sports Bar a lot more fun for Natives when their avatars can sit at the “Bar” and interact with their Tribe as well as other Tribes.

Hot-Potato Tribal BeadsWe are auctioning off our Tribal Beads and Sacred Headdresses Hot-Potato style!

Native Gaming will be offering a series of Non-Fungible ownership tokens (Tribal Beads & Sacred Headdresses) that transfer a total of 50% of the Native Dice and Roulette House Commission to the owners of the tokens. Hot-Potato style means ownership tokens are always for sale through the smart-contract and price increases by 50% each time they are purchased with the previous owner receiving 125% ROI plus any revenue they received from the house commission while holding the ownership token.

Roulette will have 4 Sacred Headdresses and 37-38 Tribal Beads. The 4 Sacred Headdresses consist of one for Black, Red, Even, Odd, and any time a player lands on a Headdresses’ corresponding space the owner receives 15% of the house commission for that wager. Tribal Beads are the same except when a player lands on a Tribal Bead’s corresponding number the owner receives 35% of the house commission for that wager.

Native Dice will only have two Sacred Headdresses for High (>50) and Low (<50). High/Low Headdress Owners receive 25% of house commission for wagers every time the dice rolls Under/Over 50.
