About us
TCI-GATI-BHORUKA group of industries started in 1950’s in the field of transportation
Over the years, the group expanded into various segments including logistics, steel, textile, aluminium extrusion, real estate and mining
Bhoruka Fabcons Pvt Ltd (BFPL), started in 2007 as an independent company to cater to the growing aluminium demand

BFPL started as a venture of Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd (BAL) offering value added aluminium products to its customers by machining extrusion profiles
Operations started in the year 2007, and the manufacturing facility is located in Mysore (approx. 150 Kms from Bangalore City).
Equipped with state of the art infrastructure , BFPL offers a range of operations - cutting, drilling, sinking, milling, tapping , welding, bending, and
turning
Industries served include electronics, automobiles, OEMs, aviation, renewable energy, metro rail projects, security doors, textile machinery etc
Core team - 40 members ; Revenue in excess of USD 2 million ;

Why Aluminium, Why BFPL
Aluminium is a green metal, and its application continues to grow world wide
Machining Aluminium requires a specific level of skills, as it is not an easy metal to machine and weld like steel
With over 30 years of experience in aluminium manufacturing industry, our team got together and founded BFPL in 2007
Not many companies in ‘downstream’ aluminium production, which gives BFPL an edge in an industry that is more focused on ‘upstream’ production
BFPL offers complete range of in house machining capabilities required to make turnkey products
BFPL offers ‘Project management’ services by locating manufacturing facilities to fit the customer needs, and taking full responsibility upto final delivery

2007 - 08 : Simple cutting operations for Aluminium extrusion in construction sector
2010 – 12 : Expanded in metro rail, by adding operations like welding, bending, turning and in house assembling unit
2014 onwards : Providing customers with complete project management and turn key products to be the “one stop solution” (OSS)

provider for their aluminium requirements”
2008 - 09: Expanded in renewable energy sector, and added operations like angular cutting,milling, drilling, counter boring etc
