The external works include 3 play areas; ball courts traffic circulation areas and associated developments such as car parking areas, sensory garden, primary SNU play area, soft landscaping, fencing and boundary treatments.

Description:This project involved the construction of Maxol’s. The works included demolition, excavation works, external site works and new surface finishes. The works were completed within an extremely stringent 13 week construction programme, the works were also completed within the client’s budget.

Description:Construction of eight single storey extensions at the existing Talbot Lodge Nursing Home. The new bedrooms are all single rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The existing dining room was divided up internally to provide a link corridor to improve the fire escape route from the existing kitchen area.
