The school building encompassed a 24 Classrooms school. Administrative Offices, Library, General Purpose Room, Special Needs Unit, Plant Rooms, Lift, Sanitary Facilities and all ancillary areas. The external works include 3 play areas; ball courts traffic circulation areas and associated developments such as car parking areas, sensory garden, primary SNU play area, soft landscaping, fencing and boundary treatments.

Description:This project involved the construction of Maxol’s. The works included demolition, excavation works, external site works and new surface finishes. The works were completed within an extremely stringent 13 week construction programme, the works were also completed within the client’s budget.
