Titanium alloy Ti 6AI 4V ELIAlpha-Bio Tec's implants are made of Titanium alloy Ti-6AI-4V ELI (Grade 23)

ELI is a short of “Extra Low Interstitials” and is an advanced and more purified version of Ti-6AI-4V, also known as Grade 5.

Chemical composition: 6% Aluminum, 4% Vanadium, 0.25% (maximum) Iron, 0.13% (maximum) Oxygen and the remainder is Titanium.

Excellent biocompatibility, superior damage tolerance (fracture toughness, fatigue crack growth rate)

Products are less prone to fractures and cracks and more durable in long term
