AN INTRODUCTION TO THE

AUXIN GROUP THE present Global Crisis have greatly affected the local industries and also the domestic economy that a new group was organized to augment the local process technology to explore the raw materials available within the region. Auxin Process Technology and Construction, Inc. (APTI) was organized and incorporated on April 4, 2009 by a group of experienced engineers of varied experience gained here and abroad back up by aggressive finance people. The technical staff started out as a designer of sugar equipment particularly vertical dryers, material handling systems for the local industries such as in mining, sugar, food, biodiesel and others processing industries (as shown in the list of project undertaking). The company’s aim is to serve the existing industries by introducing some new concepts for a better plant efficiency in meeting their needs for process equipment and control instruments has spurred a growth in its reservoir of process and project know how and talent. Its services now include turnkey engineering design and construction of sugar refineries, gold process/refining, alternative fuels such as biodiesel, ethanol, thermal power plants and other process industries. The company’s name AUXIN means as the generic term originally referring to substances capable of promoting plant growth in a manner similar to that of natural growth hormone. AUXIN Group provides total discipline engineering and project execution skills in virtually all process industries. AUXIN capabilities include project selection, cost estimating, feasibility studies, plant design, construction and start-up, employing modern high-tech equipment and deploying various skilled workers and engineers.

AUXIN CAPABILITIES 01. FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PROJECT EVALUATION

Utilizing the expertise of AUXIN engineers, and where expedient, of independent specialists and consultant, AUXIN can perform initial evaluation of a project to arrive at optimum plant building and process design. During this phase, AUXIN, working very closely with the client’s engineering group, typically performs feasibility studies, conceptual designs and cost audits.

02. CONCEPTUAL AND DESIGN ENGINEERING

Experienced engineering staff and specialist consultant are available to provide all aspects of engineering for any project requiring extensive civil works, metal fabrication, welding, erection, plumbing and electrical/instrumentation works. Our engineering staff works in close liaison with the client to ensure accurate formulation and interpretation of all design criteria and specification.

03. PROJECT PLANNING AND CONTROL

Utilizing the feasibility study and conceptual engineering work, a detailed critical path analysis can be prepared to assist in the over-all planing and implementation of the project. Software and hardware are utilized to assist our staff in the formulation of designs and specifications. The computer based nature of our activities allows frequent updating during the project, ensuring good cost and scheduling control.

04. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

AUXIN project management is based on the “task force” concept where a complete project team is organized and deployed for the project. Our organizational set-up guarantees the client the best service and immediate response via the Project Manager who acts as Chief Operating Officer in the field. The engineers and staff are thoroughly familiar with, and capable of meeting a project on time and within budget, thus allowing the client to generate positive cash flows at the earliest date possible.

05. CONSTRUCTION

AUXIN has the in-house expertise for the planning, management, control and execution of all site construction work. The field staff comprises a site manager who has the over-all site responsibility for the project, with the assistance of construction supervisor and field engineers.

06. COMMISSIONING

During the designing and construction stages of a project, close liaison and coordination are maintained between the project team and the engineers who will be responsible for commissioning the plant. In many cases, members of the engineering team under the AUXIN commissioning team prepares operating manuals and when construction is complete, assists in bringing the plant into operation and ensure that it performs according to design specifications.

07. OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS

During the engineering, procurement and construction phases of a project, it is usual to prepare the Operating and Maintenance Manuals. These manuals are prepared at the client’s request and in accordance with his specific requirements, and typically contain the following:

Close collaboration with the manufactures of proprietary equipment is essential during the designing and purchasing phase in order to select the best equipment and to obtain the correct information for the Operating and Maintenance Manuals.

08. TECHNOLOGY

Management is dedicated and committed to new technological developments in process engineering and management techniques. This, coupled with the opportunities arising from close association with the various process industries, has provided AUXIN with a unique combination of updated processing technology, together with first class project management capabilities. AUXIN is also wired to the information highway via our access to the global Internet where, we communicate and network with data banks, suppliers and engineers.

09. INNOVATION FOR INDUSTRIAL PLANTS

Our staff has extensive experience in the process design, fabrication and installation of facilities that are part of new or existing plants. The company’s engineering department has process and mechanical engineers, who are specialized in various industrial fields. Quick response to any requirement for client’s plant planning is assured by the engineers in the group.
