AIRFREIGHT SERVICES (Domestic and International Airfreight Services)

Purpose:Outsourcing of the warehousing and distri-bution function allows our clients to spend more time and focus on their core business. Description: We customize the necessary warehousing and distribution operation for our clients. We interface with our clients and clients' systems in various ways to communicate the necessary order, inventory, receipt and invoicing information. We provide the necessary labor, equipment and facility for performing the required operation. Our clients do not need to worry about labor issues, systems implementations, systems upgrades, facility management or other related issues. A successful implementation requires a collaborative effort between us and our client. As we become an extension of our client's enterprise, much information sharing and mutual trust is required.

General Warehousing and Storage

We offer full pallet in and full pallet out services for overflow storage requirements. The facility is modern, equipped with warehouse pallet racking. The facility currently stores plastic and paper prod-ucts. The facility is equipped to handle light indus-trial conversion and assembly processes.

Purpose:The purpose for freight routing is cost control and assuring proper service. Compliance man-agement monitors, how well all participants in the supply chain adhere and execute according to the supply chain parameters.

Description:We supply central supply chain coordinator(s) for all shipments that need to be actively routed to assure proper, service and cost effective trans-portation. We execute and make transportation decisions according to parameters, which we established with our clients. We monitor routing compliance usually in conjunction with our freight payment and audit services. We issue score cards for various shippers

Benefit Examples:

LTL Shipments over 10,000 lbs are less expensive routed via truckload carrier. We make the deter-mination and if appropriate, we schedule the right truckload carrier for timely delivery, we follow-up to assure that pickup occurred and we monitor shipment progress and delivery.Critical Shipments that could not be readied in time to allow normal transportation need to be routed via another transportation solution. Usu-ally there are methods substantially less expen-sive than EMS that we select to assure timely arrival of the freight.

LOAD PLANNING AND TENDERING

Purpose:The purpose of load planning is to leverage over-all volumes of one or multiple shippers to reduce transportation cost and improve service.

Description:Depending on the overall volume, scope and planning horizon, we use computer assisted processes to determined how to route all shipments and how to combine shipments given the cost and service parameters and equipment availability.

FREIGHT PAYMENT & AUDIT

Purpose:We assure that each carrier is paid the correct amount due. We reduce overall Accounts Paya-ble transactions. We provide freight cost visibili-ty. In some cases we also perform freight rebilling for external clients.

Description:Our approach is to first simplify the overall freight rate process and the carrier base. Our objective is to make the overall process as streamlined as possible, as complexity raises costs for our clients. Our process is customized for each client, depending on the available data. We typically check each invoice for correct amount, check for freight terms, correspond with carriers on errone-ous invoices and we pay each carrier once a week. We consolidate payments and transac-tions for our clients which usually decreases accounts payable transactions for our clients by a factor of 1:30 to 1:50 or more. For some clients we also report carrier routing compliance and excess transportation charges incurred by suppli-er routing violations.

Benefits:Our service reduces the cost of overpayment of freight charges and improves internal and exter-nal routing compliance. As a bi-product, we improve freight cost visibility and facilitate inter-nal and external back charging of freight costs.

INBOUND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

Purpose:We give our clients control over their supplier shipping cost and supplier shipment arrival. We avoid surprise carrier invoice charges; we avoid claims disputes with unknown carrier. Document Services

Many countries throughout the world require document legalization as a function of the export process. Documents must first be legalized in order for goods to be permitted into these countries. Following the legalization procedure will minimize your export hassles and allow your particular goods access into these countries without delays or fines.

Documents should be legalized only by the appropriate Embassy, Consulate, Chamber of Commerce, or Document Service provider, typically located in any major city or port. Of course, document legalization is a service that generally entails a fee. Please check with the Consulate or Service Provider you have chosen to determine the exact fees for your shipment. Required documents and fee schedules may differ accord-ing to commodity type. It is important to ensure all your documents are in order before a shipment is en route or arrives at its desti-nation, to avoid incurring delays or fines.
