About PalramPalram was founded in 1963 and is a leading global manufacturer of semi-finished extruded thermoplastic sheets, panel systems and finished products. Palram sheets, manufactured mainly from Polycarbonate and PVC, are designed to suit a diverse range of applications in various markets, which include DIY, construction, architectural projects, advertising, agricultural, glazing, and fabrication. Palram panel systems are offered as part of the company's advanced products and services bundle for the construction and architectural markets. A variety of finished-products are marketed through DIY chain stores across the globe.Palram is a public company since 1994. In 1998 Palram established a strategic partnership with Bayer AG, which holds a 25% share ownership in the Palram subsidiary "Paltough Industries (1998) LTD".

Palram operations in the UK serve as a logistic base for Europe. Two production plants, Palram Polycarb in Doncaster and Palram DPL in Durham, produce polycarbonate and PVC sheets accordingly. Palram Applications, the finished products subsidiary, operates a logistic warehouse from Doncaster.
The AmericasPalram operates three subsidiaries, polycarbonate and PVC sheet plants and a distribution center, all located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Palram Americas, the distribution subsidiary, markets Palram's products throughout the Americas and operates 6 warehouses across the country. The company's corrugated products are the US DIY market leader. Palram Americas operates a marketing and logistics branch in Mexico to closely serve the company's customers in the region.
