ABC for BEE PURPOSE AND MISSION PURPOSE To deliver BEE verification according to SANAS R47.02 guidelines. MISSION ABC for BEE strives to be a professional, nation-wide preferred BEE Verification

and aligned service provider.

Codes of Good Practice – BEE Pillars Compliance and status of an entity is

measured in terms of the following seven elements Ownership – Who owns the entity? Management – Who controls the entity? Employment Equity – Who works for the entity? Skills Development – Who qualifies for training by entity? Preferential Procurement – Where & from who does entity purchase from? Enterprise Development – What efforts are made by entity

to develop external enterprises? Social Investment – Entity’s contribution toward social

causes.

HOW ABC CONDUCT VERIFICATIONS Step1 Establish if the entity is: Exempted (<R5 Million turnover) Qualifying Small Enterprise (R5 Million

– R35 Million) Generic (>R35 Million) Sign appropriate documentation and agreement.

HOW ABC CONDUCT VERIFICATIONS Step 2 Collation of documentation. Questionnaire based. Personnel are trained to assist with

collation at additional cost. Timeframe to finalise verification is negotiated between parties.

HOW ABC CONDUCT VERIFICATIONS

Step 3Rating phase.Documentation interrogation.In loco inspection date.Final score and presentation.
