SECTION A - INTRODUCTION

1. Overview

"Finishing Services Contracting Co. Ltd. - FINEST", a regional company

established 1984 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has more than two decades of experience in the fields of General Contracting, General Construction, Interior and Renovation, Building Maintenance, Projects Execution and Development, and Finishing works. FINEST, a group of highly qualified and experienced professionals prides itself in

striving to achieve clients’ satisfaction by offering high standards and quality, dedication in all phases of the project, time and cost efficient work and commitment to deliver as per schedule. We adopt each of our client’s goals as our own, and place our clients' interests above all. When adopting a project, FINEST provides assurances to the

designer/Consultant to deliver a project executed in conformity with the latter’s vision, design and standards, and even better, to deliver a project executed in the most time and cost efficient manner. 2. Activities:

FINEST‘s contracting and construction activities include without limitation, residential and

Commercial buildings, Airports, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Technical buildings and so

forth. Our main activities compromise but are not limited to the following:

A- FINISHING WORKS

1. Flooring: Supply and install all types of flooring, such as but not limited to:

Ceramic, Marble, Granite, Polished Concrete, Carpet, Linoleum, Vinyl, Rubber,

wood.

2. Treating concrete flooring, such as: Epoxy coating, Waterproofing, Sealed

concrete, and so forth.

3. Walls: Supply and install all types of walls and wall coverings, such as: Block

work, Plaster, Dry Wall partitions, Wood Cladding, Stone Cladding, Wall Paper,

Acoustical Wall Panels, all type of paints, and so forth.

4. Ceiling: Supply and install all types of false ceilings, such as: Gypsum Board,

Metal Ceiling, Acoustical Ceiling, Wood, Fabric, and so forth.

5. Other special finishing items, such as but not limited to the following:

Glass/stainless Steel Handrails, Stainless Steel and special metal works,

Mirrors, Art Works, Acrylic Resin Panelling, Wooden Cabinets, Counter Tops,

Vanity Tops, Decorative Wooden Works, and so forth.

6. FINEST also undertakes hardscape and landscaping works, including:

Backfilling, Planting, Interlocking Tiles, Road Jersey and Curb Stone Barriers,

Road Marking and Signage, and so forth.

7. In addition to the above, FINEST undertakes concrete works, from the

excavation stage up to the last element of the structure, as well as it has the

capability to execute metal structures.


B- MEP WORKS

FINEST has successfully undertaken and executed MEP works in Outpatient Clinics & UAE

Ambassador Villa projects. Following the success of these projects, Finest has been

working on developing its expertise in the field of MEP; it has therefore hired people

specialized in the field, undertaken MEP training for its employees and workers, and so

forth.

Finest is proud to announce that it has now an independent highly qualified MEP division

that can undertake any MEP project including but not limited to supply, installation, testing,

commissioning & maintenance of the following systems:
