Currently, we have more than 30,000 bikes in service and we are active in 18 countries on four continents.

nextbike is a highly specialized mid-sized company with products made in Germany. We have been operating our own bike sharing projects with more than 10,000 bikes for over ten years, mainly in Germany. With our experience and know-how, we support cities in planning bike sharing systems to minimize traffic issues economically and ecolo-gically.

ClassicBike EcoWith a slightly smaller advertising space and a robust mesh basket, the ClassicBike Eco is our most economic model.

SmartBikeOur SmartBike is based upon the Classic model in combination with intelligent components like the board computer and the unique front fork locking technology.

SmartBike MunichThis bike type was exclusively developed for our partner in Munich, but today it is part of our product portfolio for everyone. It has the same technical features as the SmartBike, but a different design. This bike type perfectly shows that we know how to adapt our bikes to individual customer requirements.

e-SmartBikeResponding to the increa-sing demand for electrically assisted bicycles we have developed our e-SmartBike.It is equipped with a patented mid-mounted engine made in Germany, which can be char-ged through the e-SmartDock via induction.

Board ComputerThe board computer is equipped with a NFC card reader, GPS and WiFi localisa-tion. It also controls the locking mecha-nism of the bike.

Fork LockThe integrated electro-mechanic locking system with master key function will be activated via smart card or entry of a code via board computer.

SmartDockSmartDocks enable our bikes to be parked securely and offer a high level of comfort for rent and return. They are even compatible with SmartBikes. An upgrade to e-SmartDocks enables the charging of e-SmartBikes.

Terminal SleekOur new and sleek terminal design is equipped with a touch screen and RFID reader for a comfortable user

experience.

SmartSignFor SmartBike systems the SmartSign is a cost-efficient alternative to terminals

generating visibility in cityspace and provide information to passers-by.

Terminal FlatOur first terminal has a spacious

branding area. It can be combined with a pay module to allow both PIN

and and chip transactions.

AnalogueDockIn SmartBike systems the locking system is integrated into the SmartBike. Hence, the AnalogueDock is the perfect solution for a cost-efficient but also attractive station design.

SmartDocks with automatic return detection can be perfectly combined with ClassicBikes and a terminal with pay module. It is also possible to mix them with SmartBikes.

NEXTBIKE NFC APP

Rental channel with future potentialIn some cities more than 80 % of our rentals are made via app and there will be even more cities in the future. The integration of smart technologies into the app facilitates the rental process. We offer our users seamless access to our bike sharing system via NFC or QR code scan. In less than 3 seconds, the bikes are ready to ride without entering any data. New users can register via their mobile provider, which verifies the user‘s identity.

nextbike SoftwareThe system administration for all global nextbike systems is handled via the cloud-based nextbike Office. It is a full service CRM system for admi-nistration of customer processes and at the same time a remote diagnostic tool for efficient fleet and station management.

Operations CenterOur nextbike operations center supports the implementation and management of projects worldwide. Our project managers are the first point of contact for any issue.

ADVERTISING AND SPON-SORSHIPOur bike sharing system offers multiple branding and added-value opportunities to enrich your brand. An increasing number of companies are taking advantage of the positive image and the public presence of the bikes for their campaigns.

In comparison to billboards, bike advertising delivers the message directly to the custo-mer without intruding upon a city‘s environ-ment. Advertising on nextbikes leverages the campaign’s message with attributes like dynamic mobility, environmental friend-liness and urban lifestyle. Online advertising such as social media, imbedded codes, app banners and much more is contributing to powerful cross-media campaigns.

BUSINESS-BIKEWhat about company bikes instead of company cars? With BusinessBike fleets nextbike offers mobility at low costs and with low administrative effort. We will find a solution for every business – from 5 to 50+ bikes, an exclusive station located at your com-pany site or rentals via company ID. We will take care of the installation, maintenance, repair work and the logistics of the bikes. Every company is in control of its fleet and can make adjustments at any time in order to suit their needs best.

CAMPUS-BIKEUniversities are often confronted with the traffic issues of a whole city – there are a lot of commuters, a cons-tant lack of parking space combined with crowded buses and trains. Not to forget the long ways between seminar rooms and institutes. For these rea-sons, many universities have started using nextbike.

• As part of an agreement with the universities or student unions, students and staff get a package of free minutes per rental.

• Their university email address ser-ves as the verification.

• Students and staff have access to all of the bikes in their city with additional stations installed on and around the campus itself if requi-red.
