for Different Brands such as Burkert, Wieland, Conductix Wamplfer, Thermokon and IDEC, supporting the

clients by providing control systems and engineering services and solutions. We, at ITEC, Commit to always

Engineering

Automate’s engineering personnel presents a full range of engineering services.

Proposals

Automate engineering team has a proven historical path and record of studying, writing and put into practice

different inquiries and proposals. In a turnkey situation, our engineers will assess every client’s current

technical system and organize subsequently a technical offer to develop or modernize the existing

technology.

To fully succeed into every Plan our client’s support is highly recommended, where we can build up an

effective proposal that will meet the customer’s technical needs and budget requirements.

All wiring and fabrication drawings conform to CE rules and regulations and International Standards, and all

loop interconnect diagrams conform to global standards. In addition, all drawings are drafted on

workstations using the latest version of Engineering Base from Aucotec.

We also supply system configuration, detail design drawings, systems integration, programming, and

equipment specifications, including field and communication devices.

Training

Automate’s engineering personnel has performed wide-rang training courses for many products and

systems. We provide training material, simulation equipment, and, if required, computers and other

peripheral equipment. We can provide training on-site or at our facility.

Programming

Automate has an extensive variety of experience in programming software. We have programmed all major

programmable logic controllers and RTUs, including:

As a standard, our ladder logic is completely documented. We use symbols and descriptions on

• I/O points and other intermediate coils used. All rungs and documented with complete English

sentences to aid in the documentation.

The systems that we have planned and applied contain the multi-drop and the point-to point PTP

configurations. At the front-end, we have programmed and configured workstations to behave as stand-

alone, and also as redundant hot backups.

Using off the shelf software, such as Excel and Access, we have programmed custom reporting utilizing the

historical database. Reports can be configured as automatically or manually generated. Each report can also

be automatically or manually saved and/or printed.

Scope of work

Design for Commissioning Approach

We will not invent or engineer a solution for your application on-site. Our up-front efforts through our

proof-of-concept center allow us to understand every aspect of your application before we start designing

your controls. Since every system is thoroughly tested prior to shipment, all process parameters will be

reviewed. Additionally, AUTOMATE and ITEC team will be onsite to work with your personnel during

start-up to ensure that your process specifications are achieved, as well as to provide valuable engineering

feedback for your future designs.

Consultancy

As a part of a project team, you teach us your business in order for our engineers to target their solution

appropriately. If you don't know where to begin, consulting services are available from our staff of

Registered Engineers. They can aid you in evaluating your existing process control systems and

recommending, well planned, cost-effective improvements and implementation strategies.

Software Development

Software solutions is one of ITEC’s strengths. We continually strive to avail ourselves to training on the
