A BRIEF HISTORY

QC FLUID SOLUTIONS cc AND QUICK CONNECT FLUID SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD was created in March

2009 and its success is due to the commitment by a selection of staff determined to succeed. The sole owner

of the business is Keith J Pillai, who has motivated the team that is conscientious and values any task given

to them.

Our focus is on SUCCESS which ensures QUALITY OF PRODUCTS and SERVICE DELIVERY.

Success as the key driving factor ensures that we are at the forefront together with other well-known brands.

Our success is used as a reference for future business. We have selected staff that act as an extension of

ourselves and have the same mindset as ours and presently we see them as key decision makers in the

times. Due to the fact that Vendor numbers are not easily afforded to just any

supplier, the advantage of this diversity enables the local suppliers to be brought in as

subcontractors to QC Fluid Solutions cc and Quick Connect Fluid Solutions (PTY) Ltd

and for them to be part of the industry. Selecting local sources enables job creation

which is our fundamental goal.

Reaction time

Our reaction time is good compared to most other supplies. We have on standby

drivers that collect and transport your breakdown parts to and from repairs in record

time. This response time allows us to stay ahead of the competition and keeps us at

the forefront of service delivery.

Adding Value

We get involved with your tendering process on other products and offer our input.

Some of these products we will supply. If the products are specialized we refer the

supplier direct to procurement so that the information and product supplied is exactly

what is required to ensure safety and technical specifications are being met.



Consignment Stock Containers:

Because of the remote locations of most mines the need arises to have stock of items

that many a mine overlooks when ordering. These products range from hydraulic

hoses to a simple fuses to nuts and bolts which can cause unnecessary downtime

which the mines cannot afford to have especially when starting up. The consignment

stock items are available at all times and become our responsibility to ensure stock

levels are maintained.

These containers are manned by our skilled staff which not only maintain the

container but can also swing a spanner when required and form part of your existing

maintenance crew. We also run the container on a 24/7 basis ensuring continuous

supply and assistance. These containers service all Trackless and Surface machines.

Engineering Workshops

The engineering workshops are based in Springs and Johannesburg close to

suppliers to ensure that they are close proximity to raw material suppliers. This

ensures that the raw materials are delivered on a JUST IN TIME basis and this in turn

ensures emergency products can be manufactured in record time.
