STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND ANALYSIS

We deal with analysis and design of RCC and steel structures. Also deal with Industrial

structures and PEB structures. Provide detailed engineering, Fabrication drawings and

Design reports after completing Design. Produce detailed drawings for understanding and

site execution.

The structural design and structural analysis of the following equipments are done.

Type of the project Piping Stress Analysis of Off-Shore Piping

Project Description The project included stress analysis of Flowlines from 9

wells of MTA well-head gas production platform located in

Tapti field. The production platform had lines coming out

from 9 wells and finally going to Riser via a 20” Manifold

using a Pig Launcher. All the lines (52 nos.) were analyzed

for Seismic loads, Wind loads, TAM (Thermal Anchor

Movement) & Flange Loadings (Flange Leakage

Type of the project Consultancy Services for Seismic Analysis of Piping

Project Description The facility is setup for reprocessing and recycling of

Nuclear Fuel by HEAVY WATER BOARD, constituent

unit of Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. The

job involved stress analysis of various process lines, slurry

lines, steam lines for seismic loads as per the guidelines of

IAEA TECDOC-1347

Project PANNA BROWNFIELD PROJECT, BRITISH GAS

EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION INDIA LTD



Project Description The project involved stress analysis of lines from PGC

(Process Gas Compression) system 1, 2, 3 and Sales Gas

Metering Skid. It’s a Brownfield job and the lines were

modified from single isolation valve to double isolation

valves. Total no of lines is 29 and include line size from 2”

to 18”.

Type of the project Piping Stress Analysis and Structural Analysis of supports.

Project Description The project involved piping stress analysis of oxygen

piping. The piping system analyzed is modeled from nozzle

of compressor to the tie point of line to get the interaction

of the existing piping system. The scope also covered

preparation of structural drawings with foundation details

for the supports and STAAD analysis report for the

structures designed. It also included submission of civil

foundation detailed drawings with bar bending schedules.

Project BRITISH GAS EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION

INDIA LTD



Project Description The project involved stress analysis for the isometrics

prepared for STD #2 flow arm and providing pipe support

sketches for the same. The detailed stress analysis report

included required markups to identify the support location/

type, changes in routing (if required) and pipe support

details.

Project Description The project involved performing HTRI analysis for 10K

and 15K steam heat exchangers for two cases namely

natural gas and crude oil case. The scope also included

generation of Heat Duty curves for the same. The output to

the client included HTRI analysis reports along with heat

curves.

Type of the project Piping Stress Analysis of Cooling Tower Piping

Project Description NPCIL is building a 750 MWX2 Nuclear Power Plant at

Kakrapar. Four Induced Draft Cooling towers are required

to cater the cooling requirement of power plant. We have

been appointed as Stress Analysis Consultant for the job.

The job involved stress analysis and seismic qualification

of the piping as per ASME Sec III Div 1, Subsection ND.

Line size for the piping system is from 16” to 48”.
