Milestone

Manufacturing attachment for heavy equipment related to CAT products - for

Trakindo Utama.

• Diversification of our activities started in 1983, when opportunities were

pursued in supporting the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power

Generation industries.

• Sanggar Sarana Baja was diversifying its product and activity, by

focusing in product utilities and services in the area of Mining Industry.

The area, then has been looking after by new division called Site

Services Division, that provide Technical Services in the form of Site

Repair and Services.

• Again, we expanded SSB by establishing the National Remanufacturing

Center (REMAN) division to re-manufacture heavy equipment

components such as hydraulic cylinders and power trains for off-highway

trucks.

• Another expansion occurred in late 2002, when we acquired the key

assets of PT Porter Rekayasa Utama, a transportation equipment

manufacturing company known as PRU. PRU was a joint venture

between the long established Howard Porter Group from Western

Australia and local Indonesian partners, and had been manufacturing in

Indonesia since 1992.

• Sanggar Sarana Baja Remanufacturing Division (SSBR) has completed

its 55000sq. meters expansion facility in Kariangau - Balikpapan, and

officially start operation in 11 February 2010.

• Sanggar Sarana Baja – Site Services Division (SSBS) Kuala Kencana -

Timika, mulai resmi beroperasi pada 05 November 2010.

Company Profile

SSBF, specializes in design and manufacture of process

equipment, general fabrication, provision of site construction for the

oil and gas, petrochemical and power generation industries. SSBF

offers wide ranges of product in industries they covered some key

product in the form of packages such as Glycol Dehydration

Packages, CO2 Removal Plants, and Heater Treatment Package &

Site construction spherical tank. All manufacturing are done in

SSBF fabrication facility in Pulogadung-Jakarta, and installation

work can also be done at site if required

SSBS are specialist for on site repairs services for earth moving

equipment, process plant maintenance & construction in Mining, oil

& gas industry. Major mine sites, including Batu Hijau (Newmont),

Grassberg (Freeport), Sorowako (INCO), and Sangatta (KPC).

SSBS can genuinely “bring the workshop to site” to help maintain

and support Earth Moving equipment 24 Hours a day, 7 days a

SSBR, specializes in salvage , re-manufacture and manufactureof heavy

equipment core components for drive trains, hydraulic cylinders, engine parts

and rotating equipment (Pump) in our facility adjacent to SSBF in Pulogadung,

Jakarta as well as facility in Kariangau, Balikpapan – East Kalimantan. The

processes utilize sophisticated equipment for Salvaging and rebuild of
