Micro-BX is an integrated Telephone management and accounting system for PABX Installations. The heart of the system is a powerful analysis program which turns your PABX data into coherent information, letting you know exactly what happens to your phone system. The software monitors line activity like occupancy rates and usage. It identifies telephone calls by frequency, time and cost. It also helps minimize PABX congestion and identify defective lines. It identifies extensions and frequently dialed numbers by name and works with account codes.The comprehensive range of available business reports on telephone usage will assist you to control your telephone usage. These reports can be generated daily, weekly, and monthly or as per when required. Microbx can manage the head office and branch offices of your organization from a central point via RS232, PSTN, LAN or WAN.
