DANIEL SCARPINO is a recognized business leader, known for his strategic

BRAD OBER has worked for and expanded several of the largest nutritional
supplement networking marketing companies in the industry. Brad has specific
knowledge of direct sales and brings unique skills and insight to the Rain International
team. Due to his background in the industry, Brad has unique insight into the benefits
SOUL provides in comparison to other nutritional products on the market.
Receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, along with 14 years of
experience in retail management and network marketing; RUSSELL COWLEY has
been given a unique perspective on motivation within the sales management arena.

PAUL HICKEY is the Founding Partner of Hickey Freihofner

DR. BLAINE CHAMBERS holds a Doctor of
Education degree from the College of Human
Performance at Brigham Young University. Dr.
Chambers has experience in teaching courses in
Laboratory Methods and Procedures, Exercise
Physiology, Functional Anatomy and Kinesiology,
and Research Methodology. He has worked in
the private sector for more than eighteen years
as a personal trainer and nutritional consultant
for companies and individuals in the U.S. and
Europe and has been a designer of programs for
wellness and physical therapy centers around the
country. Dr. Chambers has unique insight into
why Rain International’s seed-based products
are so effective at promoting good health, and is
dedicated to helping the company bring improved
health and freedom to those throughout the globe.
DAVID DAME brings 29 years of operating, consulting and investing experience
to Rain International. His operating career included functional leadership roles
in sales, marketing, R&D and services. This led to numerous P&L executive
positions ranging from small $20 million entities to large billion dollar entities.
Mr. Dame’s consulting career spanned 5 years where he co-founded a multi-
million dollar Strategy Consulting business which was eventually merged into
the IBM Consulting Group. His investing career has spanned 12 years. He was
a Partner with KPP a $700 million private investment group focused on the
manufacturing, distribution and service industries. Additionally, Mr. Dame was
a Managing Director at KVP, a technology growth equity fund with $175 million
under management, where he focused on software investments. Most recently,
Mr. Dame worked as a Managing Director at Huntsman Gay Global Capital,
focusing on operational portfolio support and growth equity investments.
Mr. Dame received his M.B.A with Honors from the University of Chicago and a
B.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.

PREFERRED CUSTOMER (RETAIL) When you become a Preferred Customer (PC), you can purchase products at
the distributor wholesale cost and sell them at the suggested retail price. The
amount earned is dependent upon what price you sell the product for.
FIRST ORDER BONUS (FOB)This weekly bonus is paid as an amount of your personal enrollees’ Initial Kit
Order. The FOB varies per Starter Kit. Each Kit is assigned an FOB based on
the market, and the quantity of the product in it. Rain Partners (RPs) need a
minimum of 50 PVQ to earn a First Order Bonus.
FIRST ORDER BONUS MATCH (FOBM)When your Personal Enrollee enrolls a new Personal Enrollee, you will receive a

COMPENSATION PLAN
In order to maximize your potential income opportunity in Rain International, remember that all commissions and bonuses are derived from end users enjoying and benefiting from the health benefits of the company’s products.
Compensation under the plan is not paid for recruiting activities. Rather, your income depends on a combination of your ability to build a marketing organization, the number of personal customers you have and the amount of product that your customers and the customers of those in your marketing organization purchase.
GENERATION MATCHGet approximately 10% of your team’s commissions in a matching bonus up to 7
generations of leadership, not 7 levels, 7 generations could be hundreds of levels
deep!
LEADERSHIP BONUSEvery week, Rain International sets aside three percent (3%) of Total Company
Commissionable Volume to the Leadership Bonus Pool. Every RP achieving and
being Paid as a Manager or above receives Bonus Pool based on the allocation
of share(s).
LIFESTYLE BONUSThe lifestyle bonus is just that, money to help improve, and increase your lifestyle.
As you hit higher ranks in the compensation plan, you get an additional bonus
every single week. We have a weekly compensation plan, we pay every Friday
and on top of everything else we pay extra hundreds of dollars based on your
