RCC (Regional Centres of Competence) Goals (I)

The pursued goal of setting up an One-Stop Shop (OSS ) is modernizing the administration by a process of simplification, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

A RCC for OSS must guarantee the smooth and efficient functioning of an OSS as a single point of contact by answering:

What is the situation related to entrepreneurship? What is the entrepreneur’s awareness about OSS?

Why don’t SMEs and citizens use the possibilities offered through OSS? What can a LC do in order to remove the identified obstacles? How will the obstacles be leveraged?.
