Monitoring, Tracking and Making Assignments

In order for students to make significant gains in content they must not only complete the activities but they must complete the activities correctly!! Simply working through the activities is not enough.

Students will complain they do not understand! You may hear,“This is too hard, we haven’t learned about this yet.”“I don’t understand!!”“I can’t do this!”

The program is 2 parts, it teaches them new content and then gives them the opportunity to practice and check for mastery. The purpose is to have them LISTEN and THINK.

The backpack is the quickest way to view progress in the student account.

A good habit to get into is to check the backpack and the beginning of each session. Simply have everyone log in and look over their shoulder quickly.

Choose to look at the day, week or month.

Can view assignments completed or still in progress.

Able to view more detailed reports under the reports tab. This is where you can have kids go back and redo assignments that they did not pass!
