    You start earning team bonuses after you reached SUP volume. So, better get active immediately!

    * Cash Promoter Bonus: One part of the total SUP Promoter Bonus is paid out in cash after the end of each SUP week. Product Promoter Bonus: The other part of the total SUP Promoter Bonus are products. Dispatch of the products takes place at the end of your SUP period.     Dynamic Level Compression

    Level plan bonuses are paid “dynamically compressed” up to 12 levels deep. Each BYAS partner including his total sales volume equalling or exceeding 0,3 CU PV or 0,3 PGV (ASP) represents an active level. All inactive levels below 0,3 CU PV or 0,3 PGV (ASP) are “compressed“ to the first active level (see illustration).

    According to your level and your qualification, you get commissions on a specified number of active levels (up to 12 dynamic levels) in the depth.

    Inactive Levels (below 0,3 CU PV or 0,3 PGV from ASP) are counted to the next higher active level (= level compression).

    Every partner with at least 0,3 CU PV or 0,3 PGV (ASP) forms a level.

    * From DIR position upwards: You get 20 % (instead of 5 %) on your fifth level (AL 5), if you have per month 2 lines with 100 PV each and 10 active lines.

    8. Definitions and TermsKey information at a glance

    PV – Provision Volume Each product is assigned a “PV value” provision (commission) volume which determines the commission amount. For each PV, 90 € gross is paid out as commissions across all areas of the bonus plan. This means that each partner earns a percentage on his team sales volume in PV, corresponding to the partner´s position in the bonus plan.

    BV – Business Volume (incentive bonus volume)In addition to a PV value, every product is assigned a BV value which is relevant for attaining positions in the bonus plan! The BV value can be raised for incentive purposes. Bonus qualifications must be achieved with “real PV“ as well as bonuses are paid only on “real PV”.

    PPV & PGVPPV = personal PV = your personal orders.PGV = your personal group volumes.CU PV = your personal Customer VolumeThe PGV encompasses both your PPV and the orders of your personal end customers (CU PV).

    RP – Retail Profit / Basic Retail ProfitThe Retail Profit, or RP, is the profit you earn when you market a product directly to a personal end customer. If your customer orders online directly from WellStar via your app / web shop, you will receive the Retail Profit with the monthly commission.

    Extra Retail ProfitIn addition to the regular average Retail Profit of approx. 30%, you can qualify monthly for an Extra Retail Profit of 5 % - 40 % on your personal customers´ monthly PV volume (CU PV). Extra Retail Profits do generally not apply for special sales promotions.

    Active statusEvery partner needs to retain his or her active status in order to continue receiving commissions and reach a level. This means that you have at least 0,3 CU PV in the previous month, or your personal ASP in the previous month, or 2 new E1 PV in the previous month or a SUP set (which makes you active in the current month and in the following month).

    E1 New PVThe E1 New PV is the PGV of your new direct new partners in their SUP phase. For qualification details, please refer to the level and pool bonus overviews.

    SUP PV TeamYour SUP PV Team is the whole volume (initial orders + orders of customers) of all partners of your downline who are still in the Discover BYAS Start-Up Programme (= in the first 4 weeks).

    ORGA-PVORGA-PV is the total volume of your organization incl. your own PGV. Example: Taken together, your partners have purchased products for 50 PV and you have 2 PV: in that case your ORGA-PV = 52 PV.

    How you reach plan positionsYou can reach new positions with our level plan (see page 21) or with the Fast Run (4-week qualification + 6-month full qualification).

    Dynamic level compressionEvery partner with at least 0,3 CU PV or 0,3 PGV (ASP) forms a level. Inactive Levels (= below 0,3 CU PV or 0,3 PGV (ASP) are counted to the next higher active level (= level compression).

    Line of sales partnersA sales partner sponsored by you represents a sales partner “line”.

    DGPVThe entire volume of a Director with his new partners to Managers, to the next Director!Deactivated Directors (partner has terminated the partnership with WellStar) do not block the DGPV. This is extrapolated to the next higher Director.
