• The average cost for a music magazine is £3.57 in the UK. This number was found by the mean of the top 20 music mags.

• My magazine would cost £2.50 to undercut that price and make it more available to students. ( My main target audience.)

Unique selling point

• Mainstream music magazines don’t highlight new local talent.

• My magazines will feature local bands and artists to help promote them.

• My magazine will also follow mainstream bands so it has a mix of both for the target audience to enjoy.

• I will be mixing the genres so it has a little bit for every music fan.
