Technologically innovative
components and industrial vehicles’ design
with high containment of production costs
unique style and
desired by the market.
More than just a simple project
WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF DESIRED IMPROVEMENT
Designing competitive industrial vehicles
From the experience of Main was born M2C® (Main to Customer) – the innovative method that pushes throu-gh and ensures the proper development of the project activities through 4 key focal points, to really define the feasibility of the project, providing a detailed overview of the actual needs and resources.
Proactive EvaluationThe processing capabilities of several technical solu-tions, combined with the “Break the patterns” ability, leads to technical evaluations targeted to the compe-titiveness of the product. The development proposals arise from manage-ment’s goals, marketing analysis and from the added value of the Proactive Evaluation.
THAT TRANSFORMS THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Tailored PlanningOnce we have identified the goals and participants, a development program will be drawn up; this will not be just a planning, but an authentic script where it will be allowed to record the time of the actions of those who make and receive, and to schedule periodic design reviews. Everything is considered to not to leave anything to chance.
Supervised DesignDuring the development of the Client’s project, Main specialists’ together with suppliers analyze and share problems and solutions daily, supported by the more modern communication technologies. Each assessment is appropriately stored to form the “History project”.
The Designer’s directionThe whole project is developed under the control of a designer with proven capabilities and technical- styli-stic skills. This ensures a correct navigation of the team to the best technical and aesthetically achievable result.

REALLYEFFICIENT
Efficiency, as perceived by the operator, of the air conditioning system, thanks to the correct system sizing and correct distribu-tion of the air-passage.
Increase in visibility, thanks to technical and design solutions that increase glass surfaces without compromising the structure.
Constant development of the interiors design during the project phases.
Fast designing which reduces the project costs continuously,
allowing the customer to meet its needs in the shortest time possible
and in the most efficient way, en-suring a functional project.
Realization of doors and sliding door systems with mini-
mum frictions and vibrations whi-ch assure a good feedback during
operation.
Operator comfort is our priority: optimized driving ergonomics and
maximum reduction of vibration during the work phases.
Improvement in the ease of maintenance, even extraordinary, through the smart and accessible posi-tioning of the functional components.
Aesthetic refinement through customized solutions:
steering column covers, console, using multiple-color for interiors.
Designing competitive industrial vehicles
The reduction of the costs is the main aim. Simple and effective technologies are chosen even for small productions.
More attractive productSimple technologies do not mean poor aesthetic results.
Improved functionality Simplicity in technical solutions, but im-provement of all factors concerning the performance of the machine: improved air passages, more visibility, less noise and temperature.
Greater accesibility Mounting solutions and sequences to impro-ve the accessibility to services for mainte-nance, reducing the investment costs of the production.
Reduced designing timestaking advantage of the better and more modern technologies, following the most captivating stylistic canons.
