COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, Alleison Dimatulac, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of 177

B. Serrano Ave. Murphy Cubao, Quezon City after having been duly

sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

That complainant herein is married to Atty. Edna Tatlong Hari

wherein we tied the knot on June 23, 2000 2000 at San Marcelino

Church, Ermita, Manila which was solemnized by Msgr. Alain Marc

Dimatulac ; copy of our NSO Marriage Certificate attached herein and

marked as Annex “A”;

That our marriage blossomed into having us blessed with two

(2) children, namely, Lloyd Kenneth and Eula;

That on May, 2010, in one occasion , one of my sister Joan confided

to me that sometime on the later part of 2009, an unknown caller

talked with her claiming that the former is a child of my wife. I

ignored it and dismissed it as a mere joke. But when Cherryl, one of

my best friend told me that sometime on August 2009, she saw my

wife strolling at the Robinson’s Department Store at Ermita, Manila

together with a man and a child who was later identified as Kenny

Gomez and Karina Gomez respectively;

That I did not stop from unearthing the truth until I was able to

secure the Certificate of Live Birth of the child, stating among others

that the said child is their daughter and that Atty. Alleison Dimatulac

and Kenny Gomez were married in Australia, sometime on 2004;

That on June 2010, my wife left our conjugal home and joined

Kenny Gomez at their residence;

That since she left our conjugal home, she failed and still show

love and moral support that prejudice our children who stopped

schooling because of emotional constraint. That when I asked her to

visit our children she could no longer be contacted;

I am therefore executing this Complaint-Affidavit in support of

the charges for Violation from the practice of law for gross

immorality, in violation of Canon 7 and Rule 7.03 of the Code of

Professional Responsibility “against my aforementioned wife Atty.

Edna Tatlong Hari, with his last known address at Brgy. Valencia,

New Manila, Quezon City.
