Since our company has its own centralized kitchen and is not sourcing foodfrom out side, we assure of 100% hygiene & HACCP standards. Adequatemeasures are undertaken to ensure safe and hygienic cooking. Our foodproduction team is highly experienced and well qualified and observes allfood safety regulations & implements them at all times. With extremelyhigh turnover, it reflects the standards of professionalism and service,coupled with people resources, lead to ultimate guest experience.
The almost constant stream of innovative ideas and trailblazing strategiesthat emanate from Connoisseur’s marketing brains accompanied with high-grade material. We would further like to point out a few facts concerning our set-up:
The rates charged by us are highly competitive as compared torates charged by other caterer’s.
Party menus are available on request.
There would be definitely a brand value associated with the food.

Our central kitchen has an area of approx 1500 sq.ft. Which is largeenough for bigger requirements and company has expansion plans.
Accountability of food quality will be governed through a daily logbook.
Food grade cleaning agents are used.
Dress Code & Personal Hygiene
All staff reporting on duty will be in clean uniforms as provided by OceanGroup’s management. The company will provide on daily basis changeof uniforms at our laundry services.
We have no prejudice towards individual fashion trends regarding personalappearances, but as far as personal hygiene is concerned we deemed itnecessary to inform of our own standards of cleanliness, which we expectyou to adhere to.
Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap after each visit to the toilet andwhen entering the food production area.
Staff suffering from infectious illness like gastrointestinal upset musttake medical advises.
All male employees must be clean-shaven at all times.
Hair must be clean & tidy and groomed occasionally.
Fingernails must be cut as short as possible. Nail varnish is notallowed.
Jewellery, handcuffs, rings are not allowed at all on duty hours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the food production area.
All staff before joining must undergo a medical examination thru aregistered medical practitioner.
No body is allowed to leave the premises in uniforms. They mustchange.
Staff will be provided with Hygiene Training Programs
It is imperative that our personal appearance is of highest standard as ourobjectiveIs to make our customer feel comfortable while enjoying the food.
