MARIProject helps you to calcula-te projects economically, process them uniformally and evalua-te them up to the current day without losing time through data transfer to other systems.

You can run MARIProject either on your own server (On Premi-se) or in the cloud (On Demand). HANA enables fast access to large amounts of data. You can access your data at any time via web or app.

SAP Business One provides you with a clear view of your company. In addition, MARIProject provides relevant evaluations of current planning, costs and revenues for each individual project with just one click.

Project CostingMARIProject enables an easy calculation of projects, because the data is merged from CRM, procurement and project planning. You can define different methods for quotation costing.

Resource PlanningThe software helps you plan all resources (em-ployees, resource pools, items, equipment) in a consistent way. While scheduling in the Gantt Chart, the cost planning is automatically carried out in the background on the basis of stored data. The availability displays also shows whether the resources are planned in other projects.

Tracking of Working Hours and Travel ExpensesMARIProject supports different possibilities of time and travel expenses recording, by the employees themselves or in the back office by authorized users. Once data has been entered, it is immediately available for invoicing or reports.

Project Controlling Since all data is available in one system, you have always up-to-date reports at any time. This allows you to quickly find out whether your projects are successful, i.e. whether they are on time and on budget.

Project InvoicingYou can use all common types of billing: in-voicing at cost or fixed price, milestone or due date; even project-related commissions are possible. Invoicing is carried out automatically on the basis of the recorded and approved data.
