Purpose- to help the teacher to arrange the objects inthe classroom
By having the floor plan, teacher will have an overview
of how to have a suitable arrangement of theclassroom.
For example, the teacher should ensure the sittingarrangement are flexible and suitable for a certainactivity

Purpose: to ensure that students are comfortable and enjoy tobe in school
Teacher should foster the value of maintaining a cleanclassroom environment; having a duty roster
Example; b having a monthly for the cleanest classroomwould be able to motivate the student to preserve thehygiene of the classroom
Ventilation and lighting; a class should have windows pan andfan to ensure the air can flow smoothly into the classroom
A classroom without window pans and doors will become darkand student will feel uncomfortable

SITTING ARRANGEMENT
By mixing the students based on their sittingarrangement, it is believed that the students will mixaround and make friends of the various ethnics.

It is a corner where the students decorate their classroom withthe teachers help.
Students should be given freedom on how they want to
decorate the classroom
Students need to work together and cooperate with eachother to decorate the classroom
Other than that, students will be able to increase theircreativity by decorating their class
To maintain good relationship between the teacher andstudents, students will be given freedom on the classdecoration, preparation of the duty roster, info-board, etc.

2.1 THE CONCEPT AND PURPOSE OF SOCIO-
EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT
Socio-emotional word consists of two words social and emotional.
According to Kamus Pelajar, Third Edition, socially defined as allaspects of society, community and social matters.
About social development is a process when a child learns inrelation to others in a manner that is acceptable to society andculture.
Social development of a child consists of skills to interact withothers, the formation of self-esteem and self-control.
Social identity and self-understanding of children growing in twostages, namely the: Self existence
and self-regulation category (Lewis, 1995; Lewis & Books-Gunn, 1979).

The word emotion is derived from the Greek word "emovere"which means "to go out". Thus, emotion is an affective feelingsexperienced by an individual in a situation that gives meaning tohim.
It can also be defined as a response projected out as a stimulus
to the feelings of emotions.
Psychologists and physiologist view that emotions involve feelings,intuition, physiological reactions and emotional statement.
Emotions can be divided into two positive emotions such as
happy, excited and negative emotions are anger, frustration andothers.
Therefore, socio-emotional among children is defined as aprocess of interaction and adaptation of themselves to theirsociety.

2.2 DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIO-
EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE
CLASSROOM
A healthy socio-emotional development is very important inone's life. This aspect will affect a student's learning andenable pupils to learn to control their emotions, thoughts andactions in order to adapt to the classroom.
Development of students' socio-emotion starts with the abilityto understand and manage their own emotions and enablestudents to understand the needs, emotions and points ofother peoples POV.
This is to develop social skills in the classroom with students ofdiverse backgrounds.
The teacher's role is very important in the management ofsocio-emotion by; emphasising on the ability and confidenceto interact with fellow students in the classroom.

Doing "Learning through play" is one of the teaching strategiesthat can pay attention students socio-emotional aspect in amulticultural classroom.
Learning through play is a planned and structured approachto provide opportunities for students to learn in a fun andmeaningful manner.

Teachers need to manage pupils socio-emotioneffectively because teachers who fail to do so willgive an impact on the students achievement.
