IntroductionThe Preston County Caring Council Family Resource Network (PCCCFRN), in conjunction with the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, is proud to present the tenth edition of this resource guide. This directory is published by the PCCCFRN, a non-profi t agency with the mission to bring together the resources of agencies, civic organizations, businesses and individuals who strive to help Prestonians. We are a forum of caring people of Preston County who develops and shares information about existing and new services to benefi t the county.
