SUGGESTIONSWe suggest a gentle light green or blue-green fabric as a background for Sophia Elf. The little elf can be worked on any count or color of fabric, simply lay the floss against your fabric choice to check color compatibility. Substitute floss colors until you are pleased. When working on fabrics yielding 14 to 16 stitches to the inch, two ply floss is recommended. Please be encouraged to make this little Christmas helper your own by substituting metallics and/or over-dyes for some of the cotton floss. Don’t forget to consider buttons and/or beads. Enjoy!
