Fast Start Bonuses are a great

way to earn income quickly.

Each time an Associate or

Customer that you enroll

purchases a Starter or Executive

Package, you will earn a FastStart Bonus. There is no limit

to the number of Fast Start

In this example, you have

100 SV on the left and

you would earn based

upon 1 cycle or $25.

Team Commissions are the undamental block o theTalk Fusion Compensation Plan.

In order to qualify for Team Commissions, you only need to build 2 sales teams. You must become

Active by personally generating a minimum, onetime, 100 PSV, and get Qualied by personally

sponsoring one Active Associate on the left team and one on the right team.

Each time your team generates Sales Volume (SV) of 100 in both your left and right legs, you will earn

a commission cycle of $25. You can do this over and over again each day, up to $50,000 per week.

TEAMCOMMISSIONS

Please Note: All countries pay a basic monthly Product subscription

fee of $20 USD (10 SV), except for the following countries: India,

Kuwait, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Nepal, Oman, the Philippines, Qatar,

Saudi Arabia, the Ukraine and U.A.E., who pay a non-commissionable

Annual Renewal Fee of $25 USD (INR 1,125).

MEGAMATCHINGBONUSES

To further reward our Associates,

Talk Fusion has created the Mega

Matching Bonus program. This allows

you to earn an additional 10% on the

Team Commissions paid to Associates

you personally sponsor.

For example, if you sponsored John and

his Team Commissions were $300, you,

as his sponsor, would earn an extra $30.

There is no limit to the amount of Mega

Matching Bonuses you can earn.

IMPORTANTTERMS

Sales Volume: Each product is assigned a point value calledSales Volume (SV) and the Compensation Plan is based on theaccumulation o these points.

Group Sales Volume: Group Sales Volume (GSV) isthe accumulation o Sales Volume on each product purchasedin your downline.

Personal Sales Volume: Personal Sales Volume (PSV) is SalesVolume that you personally generate via personal product purchasesor retail sales to Customers.

Qualied: You have at least one personally sponsored and ActiveAssociate on both your let and right legs.

Business Center: Your Business Center is where you arepersonally placed within the Talk Fusion organization.

Personal Enrollment Tree: Those you have personally sponsored,those they have personally sponsored, and so orth.

Cycle: Sales Volume (SV) o 100 in both your let and right legs willearn a commission cycle.

1. What do I have to do to be eligible toreceive Team Commissions and bonuses?

The ollowing must happen frst:

A. You must be ACTIVE - By personally generatinga minimum, onetime, 100 PSV. The StarterPackage equals 100 PSV and the ExecutivePackage equals 200 PSV. You must be currentwith your monthly subscription ee or your Annual

Renewal ee o $25.00 USD (INR 1,125). The AnnualRenewal ee (in select countries only) is paid on theAnniversary o your sign up date. The samecredit card you selected to originally sign up will beused or Annual Renewal or monthly subscriptionees. Associates in India who did not initially pay byCredit Card will need to submit a Demand Drator supply their Credit Card inormation.

B. You must meet a onetime QUALIFICATION -You have at least one personally sponsored andActive Associate on both your let and right legs.

2. Which countries pay a monthly ee?

Volume is maintained as long as you remain

Active and your Qualifers continue to be met.

6. How do I earn a Mega Matching Bonus?

You must remain Active and Qualifed in orderto earn a 10% Matching Bonus on all o yourpersonals binary commissions.

7. How do I earn an Executive Bronze-Maker Bonus?You must become an Executive Associatewithin 60 days o joining Talk Fusion. Or i youare currently a Starter Associate, you mustupgrade to Executive by 8/21/10. Then, you must

become Active and Qualifed (Go Bronze)by personally sponsoring two new ExecutiveAssociates, one on your let and one on yourright. When you help both o them also GoBronze, you will be an Executive Bronze Makerand earn a $150 Bonus. The number o bonusesyou can earn is unlimited.

8. When are commissions calculated?Commissions are calculated at the end othe commission cycle, which ends Saturday at11:59 pm Eastern. Any Sales Volume generatedrom Sunday, 12:01am Eastern - Saturday at11:59 pm Eastern will be paid one week rom

the ollowing Monday by end o business.

9. How are commissions paid?

Commissions will be paid via Global Cash Cardwhere commissions can be withdrawn romnearly one million Automated Teller Machines(ATMs) worldwide. Once you have earned acommission, your Global Cash Card will bemailed to you by the United States Postal Service

frst class mail. Expected delivery time will beapproximately 14 days. I you would like to payor expedited delivery via United Parcel Service(UPS), please contact [email protected] we will provide you with cost estimates anddelivery times. India Associates - All commissionswill be paid by check and mailed on Mondays,one week ater the cycle in which they wereearned. Associates are eligible to receivecommissions ater their Payment has beenreceived and processed. Please note that TDS willbe withheld at the government required rate o20% or Associates who do not supply a copy otheir PAN Card. Associates who provide a copy

o their PAN Card by the end o a commissioncycle will have the beneft o TDS being withheldat the lower rate o 10%.

10. Do I have a Cap on my weeklyearning potential?

Yes. You may earn a maximum teamcommission o $50,000 USD per week.There is no max on Matching Bonuses andthe Leadership Pool.

11. I I am Active and Qualied, and at theend o a commission cycle my volumecount was 7 Starter Sales (700 SV) letand 10 Starter Sales (1000 SV) right,what would my team commissions be?

Remember, team commissions are paid whenyour Center Cycles. A Cycle is 100 SV let

and 100 SV right. So, in this example, youwould earn on 7 Cycles (7 cycles x $25.00USD = $175.00 USD, INR 7,875). You wouldthen subtract 700 SV rom the let and 700 SVrom the right. Thereore, you would start thenext commission period with 0 SV letand 300 SV right.

12. I I personally sponsor a StarterAssociate and they upgrade to anExecutive Associate, will I earn thedierence in Fast Start Bonuses andthe Sales Volume?

Yes, i they upgrade to the ExecutivePackage, you will earn the $40.00 USDdierence between the $10.00 USD FastStart Bonus and the $50.00 USD ExecutiveFast Start Bonus. You will also earn the100 Sales Volume dierence. The upgradeprocess is easily accomplished in the VideoCommunication Center in your Back Ofce.

13. I I accidentally place someone in thewrong position in my downline, can Imove them to the correct one?No. Since commissions are immediatelycredited to you and your entire Upline, theycannot be reversed. Once you place someoneinto your organization, they cannot be moved!

Thereore, be sure you train on how to placepeople correctly!

14. How many shares o the Leadership Poolcan one Associate earn?One individual Associate can earn a maximumo 25% o the Leadership Pool. For example,i the total Leadership Pool is $10,000 USDand there is only one Qualifed Associate,that Associate is eligible or a total o $2,500USD. I there are our (4) or more QualifedAssociates, they would equally share the totalLeadership Pool amount. In other words, 10Qualifed Associates would each earn $1,000USD. Shares will be paid in the second cycleo the ollowing month.

15. Which countries are included in the1% Leadership pool?All countries with Active Associates in theTalk Fusion and Talk Fusion Global downlines.

16. When are the Advancement Bonusesearned?The Bonuses are earned when you achievethe specifed rank or the frst time andmaintain that rank or two consecutiveweeks. For example, i you advance rom 3Star to Diamond and maintain the Diamond

rank or two consecutive weeks, you wouldreceive a cash bonus o $1,000.

17. Can I have more than one BusinessCenter?

Once you reach the rank o Blue Diamond, acomplimentary new Business Center will beplaced above your original business center.

18. What Conversion Rate is being usedor Rupees to United States Dollars?

INR 45 equals $1 USD, or all conversionso pricing and commissions, India only.
