MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
❖A security consulting firm that has been active for five
(5) continuous years in the last ten (10) years
providing security masterplan management or consulting
services and cyber assessments for Category X and 14
CFR Part 139 Certified airports.
❖ Proposed Key Personnel must possess a minimum of
three (3) years of continuous experience within the
last five (5) years in security risk assessments and
providing security masterplans at Category X and 14
CFR Part 139 Certified airports.
❖ Proposed Key Personnel must remain assigned to the
Contract a minimum of one (1) year from the project
task start date or until ADR approves all final
deliverables.
❖ Be in good standing with the City for its proposal to be
considered responsive.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

❖ Two (2) years, with three (3) one-year renewal
options.

conclusions and recommendations for the three
Project Tasks, incorporating feedback and
requested information from the initial presentation.
Project Tasks End Conclusion of the contract.
