This computer model is animated to show how each part moves. It is easily edited if the design sizes must be changed. It saves labour and materials as the model does not have to be built in a workshop and the model can be e-mailed anywhere in the world.

Disadvantages – it cannot be used by a person, handled, or tried out.

Sitting inside these simulators allows a person to be tilted to different angles, feel the “vibration of the engines”, get a very realistic feel for the controls and even experience crashes!!
