Report Format Margins

All margins 1” To change, Page Layout tab, Page Setup more button, Margins tab

Body spacing – Double-spacing (Ctrl 2); Remove space after paragraph (Be sure to change before you start typing anything)

Body font – Change font to size 12

Title Block – Create at top left:

Your Name

Instructor Name

Course Name

Date

Title of Report

First line….

Report Format (cont.)Page Numbers – Insert tab, Page Numbers

Top of pageRight aligned (Plain Number 3)Add your last name before the page number

Bibliography/Works Cited pageNew Page – Ctrl Enter

Always appears as the last page of the report

Title –centered; press Enter 1 time after title

Hanging Indent – select all entries; press Ctrl T
