Convalidando el Certificado de Tipo No. H4SW expedido el 08 de enero de 1970, en mend ado el 23 de junio de 1994 (Model 412EP), y reexpedido por ultima vez el29 de octubre de 2014, y su hoja de datos Revision 35, de fecha 14 de junio de 2019, emitidos por la Administracion Federal de Aviacion (FAA) .

Anexo a la Convalidaci6n IA-22S/2013 Rev. 1 del Certificado de Tipo No. H4SW

Limitaciones / Limitations

Sistema de combustible: Las unidades del sistema de combustible seran las del Sistema Internacional de Unidades; no obstante, se aceptan las unidades en el sistema Ingles.

Fuel system: The fuel system units will be the International System of Units, however, are accepted in the English system units.

Placas/Letreros: Las placas y letreros requeridos para instrucciones a pasajeros, emergencias, compartimentos de ca rga y equipaje, en el exterior de la aeronave y cualquier otro que sirva de guia para el personal de apoyo en tierra, deben ser bilingues, espafiol-ingles, y deben ser aprobadas por la DGAC.

Placards and Markings: The placards and markings required for instructions to passengers, emergency, cargo and baggage compartments, on the outside of the aircraft and any other as a guide for ground support personnel, must be bilingual, Spanish-English, and must be approved by DGAC.

Manual de vuelo del helic6ptero (RFM): Las unidades establecidas en el manual de vuelo del helic6ptero, estaran en el Sistema Internacional de Unidades; no obstante, se aceptan las unidades en el sistema Ingles.

Rotorcraft Flight Manual (AFM): The units established in the Rotorcraft Flight Manual will be in the International System of Units, however, are accepted in the English system units.

Actualizaci6n de la convalidaci6n: Cualquier enmienda al Certificado de Tipo No. H4SW y/o a su hoja de datos, por parte de la Administraci6n Federal de Aviaci6n (FAA). debera ser notificada por la FAA ala DGAC para efectos de actualizaci6n de la presente convalidaci6n, debiendo informar en esos casos, los cambios y/o circunstancias que genera ron la enmienda.

Update validation: Any amendment to Type Certificate No. H4SW and/or its Data Sheet, by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), shall be notified by the FAA to the DGAC for update purposes of this validation, shall inform the reason or circumstances that generated the amendment.

Aeronaves aprobadas: Sola mente los modelos de aeronaves y numeros de serie cubiertos por la convalidaci6n IA-228/2013 Rev. 1, deben ser aceptados para su operaci6n por parte de un concesionario, permisionario u operador aereo mexicano.

Approved aircraft: Only airplane models and serial numbers covered by the validation IA-228/2073 Rev. 7 must be accepted for operation by a Mexican licensee, permit holder or air operator.
