The problem with large box trucks and vans is that you have to crawl inside them to get to your equipment and supplies, so they’re usually arranged with a pathway down the middle. This waste of space could be eliminated if everything was accessible from the exterior of the truck. An additional problem with the use of vans is that there is usu-ally not enough space to store all of the equipment you need to clean carpet and tile, not to mention all of your air movers, dehumidifiers, rotary scrubbers, and chemicals. The result of these problems is usu-ally a disorganized mess of tools and equipment. This slows you down, damages your equipment, and costs you money.

We have addressed all of these problems by provid-ing a chassis mounted truck box with specially de-signed compartments to accommodate commercial carpet cleaners and restorers.

The Gorilla Truck Box™ has multiple doors that pro-vide access to all the compartments and their con-tents without the need for the user to enter the box. This feature is not only convenient but it eliminates the wasted space of a pathway to access chemicals and equipment. This allows for optimal use of every inch of space.

Our Gorilla Truck Box™ design has the stor-age capacity of a larger box truck but without all the wasted space. It can store up to 4 dehumidifiers and 10 air movers in the rear compartment, or you can use this space for all kinds of different equipment. The rear of the truck also features a compartment that can hold a 9’x12’ area rug.

One of the coolest features of the Gorilla Truck Box™ is the slide mounted platform on which the carpet cleaning equipment mounts which allows the platform and carpet cleaning equipment to slide in and out of the box for ease of servicing the equipment. This slide also allows for more space saving within the truck box because there is no need to gain access around the bolted-in carpet extraction machines for maintenance. Also within the “truck mount compartment” there is a 500 CFM exhaust fan that gives ample ventilation to keep truck mount equipment well ventilated to prevent overheating.

As shown, this compartment has a 300’ electric reel, water pressure reel, and garden hose reel. Behind the reel sits a 125 gallon stainless steel fresh water tank. It is specially designed for Gorilla Truck Box to allow a variety of reel combinations to fit in front of the water tank. It will also fit some of the popular water tank reel combos like HydraMaster’s HydraCradle and Sapphire Scientific’s Water Pond.

All Gorilla Truck Box™ compartments are lockable to prevent theft. These lockable compartments can be used to protect your expensive equipment from theft and van-dalism while your truck mounted carpet cleaner or extractor is in use.

This compartment holds all your tools like carpet wands, tile tools, uphol-stery tools, etc. Never again will you have to worry about your equipment being damaged because someone stepped on it. Everything is right where you need it, when you need it.

Store all the chemicals you need to do any type of cleaning and res-toration job. This chemical compartment provides plenty of space to allow room for all your cleaning supply needs such as spotting kits, injection sprayers and up to 20 gallon bottles of chemical. This com-partment is designed to keep things organized and separated with di-viders. The optional roll-out drawers are great for your PPE, extension cords, small parts, or leave it open for more storage.

DESCRIPTION Super Foamy is specifically designed for sham-pooing machines, foam machines and sham-poo scrubbers and is perfect for cleaning up-holstery using the foam method. Super Foamy is highly concentrated blend of detergents and surfactants that is effective on removal of sur-face oils and soil. Super Foamy cleans and re-vitalizes nylon, acrylic, cotton, wool and many other synthetic fibers. Pretest before use is recommended.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For Carpet: Dilute 4 to 6 ounces of Super Foamy per gallon of water. Scrub carpet and vacuum with wet vacuum or dry foam extractor and allow to dry.

For Upholstery: Dilute 2 to 5 ounces of fabric shampoo per gallon of water. Using a horse hair brush whip up foam in a bucket and apply foam to upholstery with a brush agitating the foam into soiled fabric. (Use more agitation on arms and head rest.) Use foam sparingly then vacuum for fast drying.

For Haitian Cotton Upholstery: 1oz coffee withdraw to one gallon ready to use Super foamy Shampoo. Follow standard cleaning practices for upholstery.

STORAGE AND DISPOSALStore tightly capped in original container with label intact. DO NOT contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Dispose of empty container after triple rinsing. Do not re-use empty container.

DESCRIPTION Enzyme Grease Eater is especially formu-lated to dissolve grease and oils and protein soils making them ready for extraction. It works great in restaurants and on problem soils found in homes and apartments. En-zyme Grease Eater is economical to use. It can be diluted for use with any type of sprayer for pennies per diluted gallon.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEFor Heavy Soil, mix 3 oz. Enzyme Grease Eater in one gallon warm water.

For Moderate soil, mix 1 to 2 oz. Enzyme Grease Eater in one gallon warm water.

For injection sprayers like Hydro-force, mix 12 oz. of Enzyme Grease Eater in 5 quarts of warm water.

Spray ready to use mixture evenly on the carpet, give 10 to 15 minutes dwell time then extract.

Do not allow solution to dry on carpet before extracting. For maximum cleaning results, diluted solution should be used within 24 hours.

It combines a synergistic hydrogen peroxide detergent blend with a special encapsulating polymer. The special peroxide blend oxygenates and activates the cleaning power of the polymers and surfactants, and also helps effectively remove many spills and spots (coffee, wine, blood, urine caused discoloration, and more) during the cleaning process. The encapsulating polymer bonds to, surrounds, and encapsulates soil.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For use as a low moisture encapsulation cleaner:1 part Peroxified solution to12 parts water for normal cleaning. 1 to 8 for heavy soil. Apply with a pump up pressure sprayer, elec-tric sprayer, or battery sprayer in an even, overlapping pattern across the area to be cleaned. Apply just enough solution for the carpet to be moist to the touch. Agitate the solution thoroughly with a counter-rotating brush machine, a shampoo brush, a triple-planetary rotary brush machine, or an orbital pad machine. Allow the cleaning solution to dry completely. Vacuum the carpet at the next scheduled vacuuming interval.

For use as a bonnet cleaner: 1 part Peroxified with 12 parts water for normal cleaning. 1 to 8 for heavy soil. Apply to bonnet pad and to carpet with a pump up pressure sprayer, electric sprayer, or battery sprayer in an even, overlapping pattern across the area to be cleaned. Apply just enough solution for the carpet to be moist to the touch and provide lubrication for the bonnet to run smoothly over the car-pet. Agitate the solution with your bonnet pad. Allow the clean-ing solution to dry completely. Vacuum the carpet at the next scheduled vacuuming interval.

For use as a traffic lane cleaner:1 part Peroxified with 12 parts water for normal cleaning. Mix 1 to 8 for heavy soil. Apply with a pump up pressure sprayer, electric sprayer, or battery sprayer in an even, overlapping pat-tern across the area to be cleaned. Apply a heavier amount in more soiled areas. Allow 5-10 minutes of dwell time. Work into carpet pile with Grandi- Groomer or Grandi-Brush. Extract the carpet and applied prespray solution with a compatible extrac-tion rinse.

For use as a hot water extraction rinse detergent: For portable extractors or walk behind extractors, mix 2 ounces of cleaning solution per five gallons of water in solution tank of equipment. For truck mounts or metered portable extractors, mix one quart with five gallons of water. Set solution flow me-ter to equipment manufacturers recommended setting. For use as a carpet spotter: 1 part Peroxified with three parts water. Dampen the spot being treated with the mixed solution. Let the solution dwell for 2 -3 minutes. Blot with a towel. Extraction is not normailly required.

Portable use:: Mix ½ to ¾ of an ounce of Blue Thunder per gallon of hot water. Mix until completely dissolved.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For TruckMount: For light soil condition mix one pint into 5 gallon of water to make a truckmount concentrate. For heavy soil conditions mix one quart ( 32oz ) Per 5 gallons of water. Meter concentrate at 2 to 4 gallons per hour.

For Portable: For light soil conditions use 1 oz to 5 gallons of water ( 1:640 ) For heavy soil conditions use 2 oz per 5 gallons of water.

DESCRIPTION Resistance Carpet Protector is the latest technology in short chain fluorochemicals and the latest generation of dye blocking with acid dye resistors. Resistance Car-pet Protector provides superior performance in stain resistance to many long-chain fluorochemical protec-tors on the market. This protector will provide water and oil based resistance as well as giving superior stain prevention. Resistance Carpet Protector covers up to 5600 sq. ft. per concentrated gallon depending on car-pet pile and density.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE USING.

Low Pressure Sprayer application:1. Dilute by mixing 1 part Resistance Carpet Protector to 6

parts water.

2. Apply with #8004 jet nozzle at a rate of 400 to 800 square feet to one gallon at 35-45 psi. The coverage will depend on pile and density of carpet fibers. Low pile commercial carpet 800 sq. ft. per diluted gallon where heavy pile residential car-pet requires 400 sq. per gallon.

3. Apply evenly over entire carpet surface making sure to over lap, then rack or brush, fully working protector into carpet fiber.

4. To prevent material accumulation in spray equipment, clean after each use with fresh water.

In-Line sprayer application for truckmounts:1. If using Revolution Hydroforce Sprayer simple set your ad-

justment nozzle to 6 and the sprayer will automatically dilute at 1:6 rate no mixing necessary. For Non-Revolution Hydro-force sprayer make sure you replace metering tip with 1:6 tip and the sprayer will automatically dilute at that ratio no mixing required.

DESCRIPTIONUTA Neutralizer is specially formulated to be effective for the pre-treatment of urine contamination on carpet, upholstery, mattresses and most soft surfaces. It neutralizes and dis-solves alkaline salt residues that build up from pet accidents and other urine contamination. UTA enhances the perfor-mance of and speeds up the deodorizing process when used first before applying an enzyme treatment, (for best results fol-low with Urine Attack). It makes any enzyme decontaminant more effective. UTA also contains special suppressants that lessen the offensive odor until enzyme can be applied.

UTA Neutralizer is also an incredibly effective acid detergent spotter for treating tannin, or alkaline based spilled materials on carpet or upholstery. It also can be used to neutralize and remove spots caused by tea, coffee, and most beverage spills and salt based materials like ice melt compounds.

DIRECTIONS FOR GENERAL SPOTTING 1. Always Pretest for colorfastness.

2. This product is concentrated dilute 1:6 or 21 oz to one gallon.

3. Apply UTA to spot, spill or stain.

4. For best results, allow to dwell 5-15 minutes. Agitate so-lution into spot with bone scrapper or spotting (taping) brush.

DIRECTIONS FOR URINE CONTAMINATION.

1. Follow direction 1-4 above.

2. For urine on carpet keep in mind that the urine may have penetrated through backing and into the carpet padding and floor surface. If this is the case apply very liberally to penetrate into all surfaces and use a water claw or spot lifter to extract.

DESCRIPTIONUrine Stain Eraser is specially formulated to remove that tough yellow stain on carpet and upholstery that is associated with pet stains. This product also eliminates any residual odors, it does not mask odors it eliminates them. Follow directions closely.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:DO NOT USE ON NATURAL FIBERS. 1. Always Pretest in an inconspicuous area

and wait the appropriate time to test for color fastness before proceeding with treatment.

DESCRIPTIONSoft Touch Pre-spray is a special blend of detergents, solvents, and builders, formulated to emulsify the toughest soils and oils found in upholstery but leaving your upholstery with a soft touch like when it was new. It is also very effective on wool rugs and carpets where lower ph is required.

Directions for Upholstery:For light to medium soil dilute 1-10 or 13oz to one gallon. For carpet it is 1-8 or 16oz to one gallon.

For heavy soil dilute 1 to 4 or 32 ounces of Soft Touch to 1 gallon of water.

Pre-Vacuum and apply evenly over soiled upholstery and agitate with a clean towel or horse hair brush. Allow to stand 5 minutes, then rinse and extract. For best results rinse with an acid rinse like All Carpet Rinse.

Directions for Carpet: For light to medium soil dilute 1 to 16 or 8 ounces of Soft Touch Pre-Spray to one gallon of hot water.

For heavy soil dilute 1 to 8 or 16 ounces of Soft Touch Pre-Spray to one gallon of hot water.

For heavily sooted items apply solution liberally agitate with brush and give 3 to 5 minutes and then wipe or rinse with clean water. For ultrasonic machines add 4 to 8 ounce to a gallon depending on severity of smoke damage.

WALL CLEANINGMix up a gallon container at 1 to 1 or up to 20 to 1 depending on severity of smoke damage. Wet a microfiber towel and wipe, when using a sprayer never let solution run down the walls, this can cause streaking. In some cases sealing and painting may still be required.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANINGAlways pretest for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area. Spray upholstery with a liberal mist and agitate with a horse hair brush or with a clean micro fiber towel, let dwell 3 to 5 minutes then extract with a good quality acid rinse for upholstery.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEDisconnect truck mount inlet supply. Drain all the water out of the water box. Mix a 1 to 4 solution and pour in water box. Run truck mount on low heat and pressure for fifteen minutes to remove scale. Immediately connect water supply, and flush with clear water for ten minutes. Add 8 ounces of ERASE HD to the water box and run for five minutes to neutralize any residual acid and then flush with clean water.

It can also be used in automatic scrubbers and other vacuum operated systems. This concentrated defoamer is designed to eliminate foaming due to residue left by carpet cleaning chemicals and other foaming cleaners. It quickly knocks down foam to give more efficient pick-up of extractor detergent solutions, and pre-vents foaming in the recovery tanks. Foam Eraser Liquid can be used in other powered equipment that requires an anti-foaming agent. Al-ways apply a small amount to test for effectiveness.

If foaming occurs on the carpet or in the recovery tank, pour 2 ounces of de-foamer into the vacuum hose. This will eliminate foam in hoses and the recov-ery tanks. Foam Eraser Liquid can also be added directly to the recovery tank of the extraction equipment or automatic scrubber.

Uses

Before extraction, lightly and evenly ap-ply powdered defoamer directly to car-pet. Generally a few tablespoons per 100 square feet of carpet are needed to completely prevent foaming. If carpet contains an extra heavy detergent resi-due from previous cleanings, increase the quantity of powder used.

DESCRIPTIONUTA Neutralizer is specially formulated to be effective for the pre-treatment of urine contamination on carpet, upholstery, mattresses and most soft surfaces. It neutralizes and dis-solves alkaline salt residues that build up from pet accidents and other urine contamination. UTA enhances the perfor-mance of and speeds up the deodorizing process when used first before applying an enzyme treatment, (for best results fol-low with Urine Attack). It makes any enzyme decontaminant more effective. UTA also contains special suppressants that lessen the offensive odor until enzyme can be applied.

UTA Neutralizer is also an incredibly effective acid detergent spotter for treating tannin, or alkaline based spilled materials on carpet or upholstery. It also can be used to neutralize and remove spots caused by tea, coffee, and most beverage spills and salt based materials like ice melt compounds.

DIRECTIONS FOR GENERAL SPOTTING 1. Always Pretest for colorfastness.

2. This product is concentrated dilute 1:6 or 21 oz to one gallon.

3. Apply UTA to spot, spill or stain.

4. For best results, allow to dwell 5-15 minutes. Agitate so-lution into spot with bone scrapper or spotting (taping) brush.

DIRECTIONS FOR URINE CONTAMINATION.

1. Follow direction 1-4 above.

2. For urine on carpet keep in mind that the urine may have penetrated through backing and into the carpet padding and floor surface. If this is the case apply very liberally to penetrate into all surfaces and use a water claw or spot lifter to extract.

DESCRIPTIONSnake venom is a high alkaline butyl tile and grout cleaner especially designed to clean the toughest commercial jobs. To be used as a pretreatment to emulsify and loosen soils and stains. For hard water deposits, grout haze, efflorescence and soap scum use Snake Acid.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Tile and Grout Cleaning: Mix at 32:1 for light cleaning all the way to 1:1 for extreme situations that require a powerful punch.

Concrete Cleaning:Dilute 1 part Snake Venom with 10 parts water. Rinse after scrubbing.

Pressure Washing:Dilute 1 part Snake Venom with up to 100 parts water depending on soil and grease conditions. Rinse surfaces with potable water until clean.

Snake Venom can also be used to neutralize areas previously cleaned with Snake Acid or areas that have been cleaned using a phosphoric acid based chemical.

DESCRIPTIONAll Carpet Rinse is an acid rinse to neutralize pH in carpet and upholstery. It is extremely effective in removing soap residue from carpets. It has a clean, fresh fragrance that will leave all carpet smelling great. It also can be used as urine treatment to neutralize urine salts. DIRECTIONS FOR USE:DO NOT USE ON NATURAL FIBERS. 1. Always Pretest in an inconspicuous area

and wait the appropriate time to test for color fastness before proceeding with treatment.

2. Thoroughly clean area to be treated. We recommend using a water claw and pre-treating with UTA Neutralizer.

3. Apply Urine Stain Eraser full strength di-rectly to urine stain.

4. May take a few minutes two a few hours for stain to disappear. ( No need to extract after application)

5. Repeat treatment as necessary to remove the stain.
