New dye dosing equipment

Starting points:

– Most simple (= Safe) as possible

– Pumps dose undiluted dye liquids• directly controlled by scanner

• no flow or pressure control

• Dilution takes place in free fall dosing

– Small dosing pumps, including hoses are replaced after switching each container. This means every container change starts with a new dosing equipment.

– No Operator or Maintenance man in contact with dye liquids
