As Operation GreenRx moves

into full swing, Eugene moves

in next door to a marijuana store

and begins doing deliveries for

several people. Within 1 month, by

August2008 the 4 known stores in

San Diego were raided and shut down.Eugene tore down his grow

2 months lateraccording to landlord

testimony at his “trial”.

Contrary to his multiple falseinterviews, there was merelya knock at his door at most.

Eugene consented and spenttime with the police.

Eugene frequently claims that he lost his job and his family due to this ‘arrest”. At his trial his supervisor testified that he never lost his job, his brother owns the company, (Direct EDI), and Eugene wanted to work from home. A liar is a liar and there have been many lies. The dates of the start of Operation GreenRx and the coincidental infiltration of Eugene Zhenya Davidovich of the medical marijuana community along with the date due of his affadavit, and the fact that the boss judge of the courthouse has overseen this entire affair raise more

questions than answers.

Eugene was arrested for less then a ounce and his case becomes widely publicized and Eugene was listed on the DA web site as a “high profile drug offender” but the DA assigned a new prosecutor to the case and didn’t seem to try to prosecute him like other marijuana trials in San Diego. His trial was the easiest marijuana trial ever seen in San Diego. Wonder why?

He received his medicine back 3 weeks later. When have you known that to happen? It usually takes 6 month to a year to get back.

Eugene now becomes the chapter director for San Diego Americans for Safe Access. While he is on trial.

No one is able to get any information about Eugene prior to his arrest. The only information out there was put out by Eugene himself. Look see for your self. Was he really in the Navy?

Why was this case dismissed? Same prosecutor dropped herCase was also mastermind of Operation

GreenRX. Gets interesting, huh?
