On Sunday 20th July Maestro Andrea Bocelli is performing at Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico, Tuscany, for the 10th edition of his yearly concert.

For your participation to the concert, the tour operator Arianna & Friends arranged several packages with tickets to the concert (optional), accommodation close to the venue, transfer to and from the concert on private bus and professional assistance at the arena on the night of the event.

Tickets are not available for individual sale. Tickets are available only as part of our packages. We can arrange your package with or without tickets to the concert: you can buy your tickets from

any other provider and refer to us for accommodation, transfers and services only.

OUR SALES FOR PACKAGES CLOSE ON 20th JUNE 2014 In this document you will find a description of our packages, a scheme of the admission fees to the concert, a booking form and an authorization of charge to credit card.

HOW TO BOOK OUR PACKAGES WITH TICKETS (OPTIONAL), ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES

In order to arrange your trip to Lajatico for the concert of Andrea Bocelli at Teatro del Silenzio on Sunday 20th July 2014, simply follow our 5 steps: 1. Select your favourite package and any extras you would like to add; 2. Study the seating chart of Teatro del Silenzio and select your favourite tickets; 3. In the booking form, fill in the gaps of your contact information, the preferred tickets (optional: you can buy your tickets from any other provider), the number of package you prefer, the number of people in your party, the dates of your arrival and departure and the total amount of your package. You can also select the option of a private airport transfer in the package. Please, note that a 1% surcharge for transaction fees applies. 4. In the booking form, fill in the table of the authorization of charge with a valid credit card number, adding the expiry date of the card and the name and signature of the card holder. Please, note that payments can be processed by credit card only. 5. Sign the booking form and send it per email as a PDF or JPEG file to [email protected] or per fax to +39 0587 672088.

VILLA n.1 – Panoramic barn near Florence – 65 kms from Lajatico

This is a wonderful former Tuscan barn, recently turned into a refined country chalet with pool in the panoramic area of the hills around Florence. The two-storey country cottage can host up to 6 people in two double bedrooms and one sofa bed. The lower floor has got a colorful and fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. Up the stairs is a charming and relaxing open-space loft with one sofa and a sofa-bed. Outdoor is a luminous veranda with outdoor furniture just in front of a wonderful panoramic swimming pool with Jacuzzi corner. Only weekly rentals available from Saturday to Saturday.

Among the Pisan hills, this villa is composed of 1 main kitchen, 1 little kitchen, 2 large living rooms connected to a sitting room with fireplace that can be used as a double bedroom; 3 comfortable double rooms with balcony and view over the valley and 2 bathrooms with hydro massage in the showers. Outside you can enjoy a swimming pool with solarium, comfortable sun chairs and outdoor parasols as well as a well tended garden with olive trees. On top of a very panoramic hill in the Pisan territory, the villa has got 3 double bedrooms and a large suite bedroom. A double sofa bed is also available in a secondary living room that can be turned into another double bedroom, so the villa has a total of 10 sleeps and 5 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, a central living room and a roofed balcony complete the frame. Outdoor the villa is surrounded by a large park of fruit trees with a private swimming pool, a gazebo with outdoor furniture and a large veranda just in front of a wood oven for excellent dinners and pizza parties in the open air. This villa is a rustic stone detached country house on a panoramic high hill just 40 kms from Pisa. The house has got a large well equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with typical Tuscan fireplace. The two-level stone country cottage has got 5 large and comfortable double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which set with bathtub. It sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. The unit is surrounded by a large fenced private garden, a panoramic swimming pool with solarium, a barbecue, a laundry area and a playing ground for children. Ideal for large families and groups, it sleeps 18 people in 9 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. On ground floor, a large living room with sofas, huge dining area with ceremony table for 20 people, kitchen and one bedroom with fittings for unpaired people. Payment procedures and cancellation policy

ADVANCED PAYMENT FOR BOOKING In order to finalize booking an advanced payment is due to the Tour Operator Arianna & Friends. The advanced payment is 100% of the total amount. A surcharge of 1% applies for transaction fees. VOUCHER OF CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING Once the payment is processed, our operators issue a voucher including all information of booking, contact information of the hotel and any necessary instruction. The voucher will be sent per email. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation by travelers, they are requested to contact the agency via fax or e-mail immediately. In the table below you can find the percentage related to the entire amount that will be retained depending on the number of days preceding your arrival date.

In case of cancellation by the organization of the event, the tour operator is not responsible for the refund of tickets. The tour operator is only responsible for the refund of the package.

PRIVACY POLICY The tour operator and travel agency Arianna & Friends Srl (here define as the T.O.) through the websites Ariannandfriends.com and Lamiatoscana.info complies with the obligations under the 2003 Italian Data Protection Act (Decreto Legislativo n.196/03). Additionally, the T.O. understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of the information stored about the traveler while using the sites. Contacts and other personal data the traveler supplies are stored by the T.O. and will be used to provide the travelers with the information they have requested. The collected information may be used by the staff the T.O. to keep the traveler updated about its newest activities and events. The T.O. will never wilfully disclose individually identifiable information about any traveler to any party without first receiving permission from that person. Yet, the T.O. is obliged to pass such information on to the relevant suppliers of accommodation (except credit card details), and, if required by them or by law, to security or credit checking companies and public authorities such as customs/immigration offices.
