Date: August 19-29, 2015 (Preparatory period begins in June) Venue: Ravello Field, Silliman University, Dumaguete City Rationale: The event is organized every year as per tradition. General Objectives and Expected Results: 1. To introduce a fresh, new look for Hibalag by re- imagining and re-engineering the aesthetics of the event without compromising tradition. Consequently, we envision organizing not only an event but an experience -- THE Hibalag Experience. 2. To unite Sillimanians from all walks of life in a Founders Week experience that provides avenues for fun and meaningful activities, the celebration of diversity, and for people to connect, re-connect and create memories. 3. To showcase Silliman University and its dynamic student life environment to non-Sillimanians, with emphasis on the 5 C's and our school's heritage and legacies, thereby cultivating goodwill. General Objectives and Expected Results:

1. To introduce a fresh, new look for Hibalag by re-imagining and re-engineering the aesthetics of the event without compromising tradition.

Consequently, we envision organizing not only an event but an experience -- THE Hibalag Experience.

2. To unite Sillimanians from all walks of life in a Founders Week experience that provides avenues for fun and meaningful activities, the celebration of diversity, and for people to connect, re-connect and create memories.

3. To showcase Silliman University and its dynamic student life environment to non-Sillimanians, with emphasis on the 5 C's and our school's heritage and legacies, thereby cultivating goodwill.

4. To encourage/foster COLLABORATION (among sectors and all the organization as a whole) and not competition.
