Working on a Concordia Farm - Your Options

If you would like to work on a Concordia farm, you have two basic options

You can either:

Apply for a farm placement through one of our agents in your home country

Apply for a placement directly through Concordia

Concordia membership

Our agents do NOT charge for recruitment services. However, they are able to provide a range of very useful optional services such as translation services, travel tickets & advice and help and support while in the UK for which there will be a charge

Please note that if you apply directly to Concordia you will need a good level of English as all applicants will have a video Skype interview in English as part of the selection process.

If you decide you would like to become a Concordia member you will be able to arrange this either through an agent or directly at a cost of £76. Membership is optional, and includes insurance cover plus a range of other benefits such as UK SIM card, a book of discount vouchers and a useful UK adaptor plug.

Examination of the documents that need to be submitted, their preparation according to the requirements of Concordia YSV and translation in English

Verification and assessing of the participant's level of knowledge in English, detailed advice about the placement and provision of assistance to participant

when necessary while on U.K. territory

Preparation of an itinerary for the trip from Bulgaria to the town or village closest to the farm, where the participant will be met by a representative of the employer,

and purchasing of tickets for the means of transport to the aforesaid town or village. The amount of the purchased tickets shall be paid separately by the

participant according to the actual incurred expenses.

organizing direct transport to the farm. Tickets arrangements in the UK for any of the public transport.

5.3 Direct transport organized especially for you from any UK airport to the farm. Please note that the coach ticket will be paid

separately.
