Semi-Instantaneous Water Heater -SSH Series–Featuring small size for installation in new or existingboiler rooms and a wide selection of capacitiesthat are adequate for most domestic hot waterapplications. Small size makes it ideal for a replace-ment unit as the SSH heater is narrow enough to fitthrough most doorways. In any location wherespace is at a premium, Cemline SSH Water Heatersshould be used. Cemline SSH heaters give thedesigner flexibility combined with space savings. Thesmall storage tank is designed to adequatelyabsorb any residual heat in the heating coil, there-by preventing temperature fluctuations commonlyfound in instantaneous heaters.

Instantaneous, Semi-Instantaneous, Storage TypeWater Heaters– Cemline Water Heaters provide ahigh quality, high capacity, packaged waterheater for use with steam, boiler water, or hightemperature hot water as the heating medium.Factory packaging keeps contractor installationtime to minimum; the only connections requiredare cold and hot water lines and connections ofsteam and condensate or boiler water, or hightemperature hot water, and electric.

Instantaneous Water Heater - SEH Series– Featuringsmall size for installation in new or existing boilerrooms and a wide selection of capacities that areadequate for most hot water applications. Small sizemakes it ideal for a replacement unit as the SEHheater is narrow enough to fit through most door-ways. Instantaneous WaterHeaters work best when building recirculation is 20%to 30% of the recovery.

Cement Lined Storage Tank - CST Series– WaterStorage Tanks for Hot and Cold Water Storage,and Hot Water Generators. A STONESTEEL® tank isconstructed with a steel shell which completelysupports a uniform, water resistant lining ofhydraulic STONESTEEL®. Therusting and corrosioncommon with steel tanksis prevented becausethe water touches onlynon-corrosive surfaces.The STONESTEEL® is appliedin a continuous archagainst the metal walland will not be injured byordinary use or handling.

STONESTEEL® Tank Lining– Cemline STONESTEEL® liningis a formulation of hydraulic cement which hasbeen designed to expand and contract with thesame thermal coefficient of expansion and con-traction as the steel tank shell. In this way, any rapidwater temperature changes have no ill effect onthe lining. The STONESTEEL® lining applied to tanks isthe most durable, reliable, trouble free lining knownfor water storage.

Electric Water Heaters - EHB & FTB Series– CemlineCommercial Electric Water Heaters are furnished asa complete package for one source responsibility.The STONESTEEL® cementlined storage tank pro-vides a long life of serv-ice preventing rust andcorrosion. Product offer-ing includes full line ofcommercial electricwater heaters in bothvertical and horizontalconfiguration rangingfrom 120 gallons to 8000 gallons storage and up to432 KW for operation on 208, 240, or 480 volts. Manyoptional extra features can be supplied basedupon the application.

Combination Water Heaters - CTB Series– are storagetype heaters using dual energy source for heatingwater. This heater utilizes building steam or boilerwater in the winter, and electricity in the summer.The STONESTEEL® cement lined storage tank providesa long life of service preventing rust and corro-sion, which is available from 120 gallons to 8000gallons storage.

Jacketed Storage Tank - JST Series– combine thecorrosion resistance of STONE, the strength ofSTEEL and the insulating abilityof Fiberglass in one package.Cemline JST Series tanks arelined with STONESTEEL® hydrauliccement lining. This time-testedlining type has proved for over50 years to be the most reli-able and durable tank liningfor water storage tanks. JSTTanks are used as water stor-age tanks for hot and coldwater storage, and hot watergenerators.

CEM-TROLTM– incorporates operating and limit func-tions in one solid-state controller. The controller fea-tures an LED display of the temperature and onboard operating PID temperature control along withhigh temperature safetycut offs and alarm indi-cations. The CEM-TROL™simplifies the control ofCemline packagedwater heaters,enhances the look ofthe product, and followsindustry trend to solid-state controls.

SPH Series– Vertical Packaged Storage Boiler WaterFired Plate Heat Exchanger Water Heater is a per-fect solution for domestic water heating systemsusing hydronicboilers includingcast iron, coppertube, water tube,or specialty highefficiency con-densing boilers.The SPH heatexchanger allowshigh efficiencycondensing boil-ers to operatemore efficientlysince the SPHheat exchangercan return theboiler water tothe hydronic boil-er at lower tem-peratures thanthe traditional u-bend heatexchanger. Theboiler water canbe returned tothe boiler as lowas 90°F from theSPH water heater.

Feed-Forward Water Heater - FFH Series– The CemlineSteam Fired Feed Forward Instantaneous WaterHeaters use a pressure sensing blending valve tomix overheated hot water with cold water to makehot domestic water. Cold water is passed throughthe tubes of the heat exchanger while 2 to 15 psigsteam is piped to the shell of the heat exchangerwhich overheats the water in the tubes. A differen-tial pressure sensing head con-trol valve then blends the coldwater with the over heatedhot water to deliver domestichot water at a stable tempera-ture with anadjustable range of105°F to 180°F. Thiswater heater is recommended foron/off applica-tions such aslaundries, washdown stations, andcage washers.

Unfired Steam Generators - USG Series– aredesigned to produce clean steam with steam orhigh temperature hot water as an energy source foruse where there is a need to produce clean steamfrom boiler steam or high temperature hot water.Cemline Unfired Steam Generators are required forhumidification, sterilization, pharmaceutical, foodprocessing, and basic heating requirements.

Humidification: Previously, Boiler House steam wasused for humidification purposes. Boiler House steamcontains chemicals and additives which are thoughtto be injurious to health and many jurisdictions nowrequire a clean steam source for steam heating.

Sterilization: Medical Sterilization and laboratoriesrequire steam. A Cemline Unfired Steam Generatoris the correct choice for providing clean steam forsterilization.

Pharmaceutical: Many Pharmaceutical applicationsrequire clean steam. Cemline Unfired SteamGenerators meet this need. NOTE: This steam is notpure steam for WFI.

Food Processing: Cooking or blanchingwhere steam comes in contact with foodrequires a source of clean steam. CemlineUnfired Steam Generators meet this need.

Chilled Water Buffer Tanks - CWB Series– aredesigned for use with chillers which do not havewater volumes of sufficient size in relation to thechiller. Insufficiently sized systems do not haveenough buffer capacity for the chilled water causingpoor temperature control, erratic system operationand excessive compressor cycling.

System Efficiency Buffer Tanks - SEB Series– aredesigned to solve the problem of short cycling ofhigh efficiency gas fired boilers. Low water contentboilers operating at low loads will short cycle, whichleads to sooting, premature component failure, andnuisance shutdowns. The SEB also eliminates theneed for an air separator in the system. The tankshave an opening to accept building automationcontrols, or a factory supplied electronic digital temperature sensor.

Electric Boilers - EHB Series– are designed forhydronic heating systems and process heating.Capacities from 40,000 to 6,830,000 BTU/hr, 12 to2000 KW input for operation on 208, 240, or 480 voltsin both horizontal and vertical configuration usedfor space heating or process.

Flash Tanks - FST Series–CEMLINE Flash Tanks areused to flash steam fromhigh temperature con-densate prior to introduc-ing into low pressure linesand to flash condensateprior to returning to theboiler or condensatetank. Cemline Flash Tanksare ASME code construct-ed and stamped for 150psi working pressure ofcarbon steel and have aprime painted exterior.Vessels are registered withthe National Board. Bothhorizontal or vertical con-figuration is available.

Condensate Equipment

Non-Electric Condensate Pumps - CCP Series– usecompressed air or steam as a motive force to movecondensate. Condensate from steam systemsneeds to move from points of lower elevation topoints of higher elevation, from points of lower tohigher pressure, or from a vacuum to a point ofhigher pressure or elevation.

BlowDown/Condensate Coolers - CBO Series– aredesigned to receive blowdown from a steam boiler, flash the blowdown to steam, and cool thecondensate going to drain. Cemline BlowDown/Condensate Coolers are ASME code constructedand stamped for 150 psi working pressure.

Blow Off Tanks - BOT Series– are vessels used asholding tanks to reduce the pressure and temper-ature of water drained from boilers and to ensurethe safe release of boiler drain water into thesewage system.

Replacement Tube Bundles - RTB Series– Cemline isan expert in the manufacturing of replacementtube bundles used in heat exchangers and waterheaters for all manufacturers. Cemline stocks copper,copper nickel and stainless steel tubes so quickshipment is never a problem. Standard lead timeon a replacement tube bundle is one week orless. We can duplicate any tube bundle with anexact replacement.

Other ProductsSteel Tanks– Cemline Corporation manufacturestanks and pressure vessels to suit customer require-ments. Tanks are custom fabricated as to size,working pressure, and openings. Cemline can buildany tank to whatever configuration is specified.Material of the tanks can be carbon steel, stainlesssteel, or galvanized steel.
