Tie-breaker at 8 all

TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS

1.  The Tournament Committee has the entire management of the tournament and their decision is final.

2.  Entries must be lodged with the Tournament Director by 13th March. No late entries will be accepted.

3.  All matches shall be played under the laws of the games as adopted by Tennis Australia Code of Conduct

and member protection Policy.

4.  The Committee reserves the right to merge or cancel any event where entries are fewer than 3.

5.  Players can enter 3 events. One single & 2 doubles or 3 doubles.

6.  All matches will be a 9 game set with tie breaker at 8 all.

7.  The Tournament Committee has the right to reduce the match format due to weather conditions.

8.  The venue has 10 grass courts & 6 hard courts (if needed).

9.  Players must be ready to play within 15 minutes of scheduled time

10.  Any competitor not ready to play within 15 minutes of scheduled time will be forfeited from that event.

11.  Juniors to be required age as at 29th March 2016.

12.  Entry fee is to accompany entry form.

13.  Draws & times will be published on wgtc.com.au and on http://tournaments.tennis.com.au (to find

tournament enter 2016 Woodville Glengarry click on link) by 22nd March.

14. 

Wilson tennis balls will be used.

15.  Entries close 13th march
