1. FLOW Wollongong Art Gallery National Contemporary Watercolour Prize (Acquisitive) is a national prize, open to all Australian artists.

2. Entries are limited to one work per entrant and must be the original, unaided work of the entrant and have been completed in the twelve months prior to the exhibition date.

3. The prize is for paintings on paper mainly using pigment that requires water as a soluble agent.

4. A non-refundable entry fee of $50 must accompany each entry form.

5. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The judge reserves the right to select works for display in the exhibition.

7. Entries must be suitably framed and ready to hang with D hooks attached.

8. No entries may be removed during the exhibition.

9. Name, address and phone number of entrant and title of the work must be clearly marked on the back of the work.

10. The price of works which are for sale must be clearly marked on the back of the work.

11. A commission of 20% will be deducted from all sales.

12. Insurance is the full responsibility of the entrant. The Gallery will exercise all care but will accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage of works.

13. Delivery and collection of works will be the full responsibility of the entrant. Works not collected by the date specified will be disposed of at the discretion of the Gallery.

14. Entrants shall allow their work to be reproduced for publicity purposes and waive any copyright claims in this instance.

15. The size of the work submitted shall not exceed 120 x 120cm (framed size).

16. FLOW Wollongong Art Gallery National Contemporary Watercolour Prize winning work will be acquired by Wollongong Art Gallery.
