• Year-on-year, overall rents increase by8.0% from June 2020.

• Year-on-year, rents in CCR, RCR and OCRincrease by 6.7%, 8.0% and 8.9%respectively.

• Rents are down 11.1% from the peak inJanuary 2013.

An estimated 5,468 units are rented in June 2021as compared to 5,083 units rented in May 2021.

• Year-on-year, rental volumes are 11.4%higher.

• Volumes are 12.4% higher than the 5-yearaverage volume for the month of June.

• Breaking down by regions, in June 2021,39.2% of the total volumes are from OCR,32.0% from RCR and 28.8% from CCR.

• Actual volume in May is higher than theestimate given in last month's flash report.

Mature and Non-Mature Estates rentsincrease by 0.1% and 1.9% respectively. 3 Room, 4Room and 5 Room rents increase by 0.9%, 0.5%and 1.5% respectively while Executive rentsremain flat.

• Year-on-year, overall rents increase by9.2%.

• Year-on-year, Mature Estates and Non-Mature Estates rents increase by 6.6% and11.8% respectively.

• Year-on-year, all room types record rentincreases: 3 Room by 8.8%, 4 Room by9.2%, 5 Room by 9.8% and Executive rentsby 6.2%.

• Rents are down 8.3% from the peak inAugust 2013.

An estimated 1,910 HDB flats are rented in June2021 compared to 1,857 units in May 2021.

• Year-on-year, rental volumes decrease by6.8% from June 2020.

• Volumes are 1.3% lower than the 5-yearaverage volume for the month of June.

• Breaking down by room types, in June2021, 36.9% of the total volumes are from 4Room, 34.6% from 3 Room, 23.4% from 5Room and 5.1% from Executive.

• Actual volume in May is higher than theestimate given in last month's flash report.
